It’s an alright hotel, the reception service was very polite and helpful. I would say that the pros of staying at the Portal Ville were the pool and bar area, the leisure space (has two jacuzzis and a pool table), the breakfast was nothing crazy but it was good and how neat and clean the room was. The Standard room was nothing special as well, just two single beds made into one and three pillows. The room does not come with an iron for clothes. The cons of staying here were the weak Wi-Fi and data service signal, its distance from the beach here in Mundiai (about 3-4 blocks) thus the wait time to get an Uber can take more than ten minutes.

meu nome é Sérgio essa é a décima vez que vou para o portal ville,e deu pra notar que esta faltando uma boa administração . O hotel esta sem gerente a noite só tem apenas um rapaz na portaria isso quer dizer se acontecer qualquer coisa ou ele te atende ou fica a vigiar a portaria ,percebi que os funcionários estão trabalhando sobre pressão cobrindo a falta de outros não vi a alegria das 9 vezes anteriores não me senti bem atendido pela pessoa que diz que agora esta administrando o hotel me pareceu arrogante muito diferente das pessoas que atenderam anos anteriores .E mesmo se desdobrando pra cobrir falta de funcionários a turma da portaria da show em atendimento .ha tem que avisar a esse novo administrador que ele precisar estar mais no hotel pra resolver problemas de ultima hora como as jacuzzi não esquentando a sauna tbm e não sei pois teve muita reclamação de cloro forte da piscina.

Ótima localização, próximo do centro e das praias, bairro tem muitos comércios. O pessoal é bem atencioso, restaurante interno é muito bom. Café da manhã caprichado. Ambiente é tranquilo e bem familiar. Foi uma de nossas melhores experiências em Porto Seguro.

Excelente hotel estrutura muito bem organizada, quarto todos os dias a camareira passa arrumando tudo, toalhas limpas! Pessoal da recepção sensacional orienta dá informações de passeios. Eles tem um diferencial no atendimento ao cliente, sem conta que fica perto de tudo principalmente do aeroporto! Super indico 😉

O hotel é ótimo!!! atendimento excelente, acomodações do quarto atendeu mas precisa por espelhos, só tem no banheiro aí fica difícil para a mulher que quer si trocar e não ter um espelho para si olhar 😉, não vou lembrar os nomes dos meninos da recepção mas quero agradecer a gentileza de todos, o Romário que é do barzinho do hotel que é serviço externo é um fofo, fiquei 7 dias e estou indo embora com gostinho de queroooo mais ❤️😍

Hospedagem cumpre com o que promete. Bem localizada, e com ótimo atendimento! Tivemos um inconveniente com um hóspede, mas , foi resolvido. O hotel fornece Jacuzzi como cortesia, pra quem vai, vale a pena experimentar! O café da manhã é sempre variado e bem servido!

O local é limpo, muito bem organizado e o contato com a equipe é maravilhosa. A recepção foi muito boa e fomos muito bem tratados por toda a equipe do hotel (o recepcionista Ederson ganhou o coração de todo mundo pela atenção). Melhor hospedagem que tivemos! A localização é ótima, tem farmácia, restaurantes, padarias e mercados por perto e a praia fica totalmente perto (com quiosques maravilhosos). Indicam bastante passeios para turistas e dão muito suporte! Totalmente incrível!
