All got well. Excellent hotel two steps from the center of Orbetello cleaning and service more than good. Thank you for everything we hope to be able to come back soon

The hotel is located on a wonderful spot from which you can enjoy a fantastic view over the Talamone bay and the ancient fortress of the town. The garden where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast is just gorgeous, rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is attentive and helpful, the hotel bar makes good drinks. It takes about 40 seconds from the hotel to get to the sea, the bay water is very clean and i believe it be one of the best you can find in Tuscany. It’s like a really good 3 stars hotel, it is not inexpensive but honestly the location is a true luxury, car parking is extremely convenient too.

Location with the views were stunning. Parking was easy and included. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom nice. But it just didn’t offer the wow factor that it should have for the price. The main issue was a worn and tired building. Breakfast okay. Hard for vegetarian which I understand. But staff was unwelcoming and rude. Especially the man at the breakfast area on Sunday 22 October. He acted like it was an inconvenience to him to make a latte. I was very surprised by the service and I’m not a ‘fussy’ guest! Overall needs a good touch of TLC. A much nicer staff. Price is too high for what we received. Stayed 21 October 2023

The pictures speak for themselves so I won't mention the spectacular location and instead talk about the aspect that does not get photographed: the staff. There was not a single staff member who did not make an extra effort to help . EVERY SINGLE PERSON. For example, we ate in restaurant all 3 nights we were there (Why? Because the food was that good and the menu that big). The first night the ladies faced the water, the 2nd night the guys did, and when we showed up for the 3rd night , somehow the host Stefano (spelling?)must have known it was our last night , he rearranged two tables so we all were facing he water.
