No dia em que chegamos ao apartamento encontramos roupas de cama sujas, com aspecto de não terem sido mudadas, o chão de todo o apartamento estava com lixo, a piscina das crianças tinha água amarela e com lixo, aparentava não ter manutenção há muito, parque infantil degradado, nos balneários não há água quente. Resumindo, têm boa infraestrutura mas com falta de manutenção, higiene e staff com pouca simpatia/disponibilidade.

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Sujidade e muito pó em todo o apartamento. Roupa de cama suja à entrada. Apenas mudaram toalhas e roupa de cama ao 3 dia, tendo em conta que iríamos embora no dia seguinte. Sem internet no apartamento. Check-out às 12h, disponibilizaram instalações e balneários do ginásio antes da viagem..porém não avisaram que a água do duche é fria (com criança de 3 anos). Pontos positivos: localização e piscina. Experiência a não repetir.

Sono situati a Vila Baleira, a metà strada tra il centro di Porto Santo (dista circa 20 minuti di camminata o 5 di auto o motorino) e Calheta, l'estrema punta ovest dell'isola e si presentano in un complesso con una piscina. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di un'ampia sala soggiorno, un bagno (cieco) e una cucina funzionale anche se leggermente vecchiotta. Nelle vicinanze, un piccolo supermercato (caro e non tanto fornito) e alcuni ristoranti dove cenare ma null'altro: per un po' di movimento, meglio andare in centro. Devo ringraziare la signora della reception che, il giorno della partenza, ci ha fatto il check-out alle 17, permettendoci di usufruire dell'alloggio senza altri oneri.
