Residence Oasi Anfiteatro

I've been waiting and saving for a little while to give me and my kids nice break from hectic life and what I've met was extra charge of 226euro from hotel, rolling eyes on loveholidays no working swimming pool and answer there's a see near by. Don't advertise it then in your offer.😡 You'd expect at least toilet paper if you paying all that money but you have to buy all cleaning stuff himself.

My friend and I booked a double-room for a 4-nights stay. Here are a few notable points that might be of interest for anyone looking to stay in this residence: - The additional fees are ridiculously high. We had to pay 130 euros for the clean-up following our departure, and yet had no clean linens or towels during our stay (they apparently give them out starting 1 week spent in their residence). - Only one double bed was made, with the presumption that 2 girls would sleep together when 2 other beds were available... When we asked for another cover, they gave us a thick one for winter (when our stay was in early September and it was 30 degrees out). Also, no toilet paper of any kind is provided at any moment. - The receptionists are unkind and judging (like most Sardinians). They made fun of us behind our backs and gave poor advice leading to food poisoning. - There is no restauration service provided and the residence supermarket opens whenever the owner feels like it. The restaurants in Port Ottiolu are ridiculously expensive. - Most residents live there for prolonged periods and young people looking to party and have a great time don't feel welcome. Please take into account that most of Port Ottiolu's visitors and residents are elderly and that there is basically nothing interesting to do there, except for the beautiful beach at a 5 min. walk from the residence. If you stay there, rent a car! Generally, I would recommend looking at lodgings in the nearby village of San Teodoro, which is far bigger and more touristic, with an amazing gellateria, good restaurants and far more people.
