You just can’t beat the location and views. However, I was not expecting the staff to be so lovely! We arrived early and they arranged our room right away and brought us welcome drinks while we waited. To our pleasant surprise the staff set up an ice bucket with complimentary wine and a personalized note. I loved this little touch! The bed is firm but comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary parking and breakfast. All in all, this stay was really a dream come true.

Great hotel. It’s in an excellent location, right across from one of the rock pools and less than ten minute walk to the other. The interiors are lovely. Although I suspect newly refurbished as things like the doors etc are still outdated. Lovely staff and great check in process, complete with welcome drink. Judite was amazing. You get free passes to the Piscina Natural On the roof is an infinity pool with gorgeous 360 views! No conditioner in bathroom and I didn’t love the restaurant. No ambiance or music and in direct line of reception. Overall we loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend.

I was reasonable 3 out of 5 because as we chose a room was waiting k was 1 couple bed not 2 individuals. The Wi-Fi and comments never had a network signal in the quartz when it was turning off a few seconds and even in the restaurant when we took the pekeno lunch.Pekeno lunch was good the restaurant with view of the sea and the quartz was also in the restaurant. I was clean when we arrived and I liked the balcony of the quartz.

Everything was great: very nice staff at reception, clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast, nice bar at the top floor with fair prices and a terrace with great views, the location is great, we got extra towels at check-in for the swimming, there would even be an indoor pool which we did not use (we were only in the natural rock pools - go there early in the morning or late afternoon when the tour groups have left). The warm part of the breakfast (sausages, bacon etc) was not of the best quality, but it did not matter, there were enough nice things to chose from. Maybe a couple of coat hooks in the room would be good and some more sockets.

The Wi-Fi and comments never had a network signal in the quartz when it was turning off a few seconds and even in the restaurant when we took the pekeno lunch.Pekeno lunch was good the restaurant with view of the sea and the quartz was also in the restaurant. I was clean when we arrived and I liked the balcony of the quartz.

We arrived early and they arranged our room right away and brought us welcome drinks while we waited. To our pleasant surprise the staff set up an ice bucket with complimentary wine and a personalized note. I loved this little touch! The bed is firm but comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary parking and breakfast. All in all, this stay was really a dream come true.

Great hotel. It’s in an excellent location, right across from one of the rock pools and less than ten minute walk to the other. The interiors are lovely. Although I suspect newly refurbished as things like the doors etc are still outdated. Lovely staff and great check in process, complete with welcome drink. Judite was amazing. Everything was great: very nice staff at reception, clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast, nice bar at the top floor with fair prices and a terrace with great views, the location is great, we got extra towels at check-in for the swimming, there would even be an indoor pool which we did not use (we were only in the natural rock pools - go there early in the morning or late afternoon when the tour groups have left). The warm part of the breakfast (sausages, bacon etc) was not of the best quality, but it did not matter, there were enough nice things to chose from. Maybe a couple of coat hooks in the room would be good and some more sockets.
