Good location, stay 2 nights but nobody clean the room for subsequent night….
One of the power point malfunctions not people come from recused
Room a bit small, sound proof not too good…no elevator, will not good for ladies travellers with big baggage

As no reception of the hotel, Pin for room is provided until called up to the customer service helpline.
Pin is supposed to be provided with email before check in time of 16:00 but failed to perform .
Suggest hotel to install phone with direct line to CS as overseas travelers may not be able to make local calls !

The concept of this hotel is actually quite practical. You don't necessarily need staff in the lobby - but it's much more pleasant.
Since there are several houses in the town, you should pay close attention to the correct address when arriving. When we arrived at the wrong house, a friendly video advisor directed us to the right house. Unfortunately, the room codes were not available to us in advance, which we were only able to clarify on a hotline due to a broken video advisor display. Achieving this was not easy. But as soon as someone was there, we were helped very quickly.
The house was fine. The beds were very good. What was strange, however, was a spot of dirt on my bedsheet at head height. All in all - quite okay... more intensive preparation is recommended.
