Best ever decision to book in this hotel after reading many positive reviews. Situated with the tourist attraction area itself with beautiful window view of the Douro river and Luis Bridge. We walked to all the places of interest and even walked across Luis bridge to Gaia. So impressed by the convenient location of this hotel that is closed to all public transport. Even though with all the restaurants and shops below our room, surprising it was very quiet after like 9pm and we had a comfortable sleep.
Many thanks to Diego who checked us in and allowed us to leave our bags to be picked up later.

The location is right on the river bank and you can see the Louis I Bridge. There are many bars next to it! Very satisfied with this. Except for a younger boy, the other two front desk staff are relatively indifferent to guests. Because the hotel is on the river bank, there is a ramp two to three hundred meters away from the main road. Generally, vehicles (such as online taxis, etc.) are blocked by pillars and cannot come down. When leaving the hotel and waiting for the online taxis on the main road, the weight of the luggage is heavy. It's a little hard for the little one. Everything else is okay
