The owners are kind decent and on hand. The apartment is spacious clean and well furnished Sorry if I sound over effusive, but we were desperate when we found this wonderful oasis (after finding *********** had overbooked our original location). We were having a beer at the Muralha da Barca restaurant directly below these apartments, telling the waiter our woes, when he said they might have one of theirs available. We were introduced to his sister who showed us around - it was spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. The location is the best in Porto as you’re on the Ribeira waterfront and Gaia in easy walking distance. It’s also 2 mins walk to the tram stop to Foz beach. It’s rare to have an apartment with a restaurant attached so you can have drinks and food and more importantly, somone nearby to answer any questions. It also saves all the worry of whether they’ll be somone there when you arrive. I’ll now try and leaves some photos to show just how great the location is.
