Freshly renovated appartement, very cozy, with a beautiful view on a pool + sunset. Highly recommend.

The apartment was in a good location. It was close to the Bolhăo market and metro stop, Santa Catarina street and local cafes and restaurants. This was the first hotel we've stayed in that had its own parking space (£13 a day) and poolside! It's not a new hotel but it had an old-world feel to it that made it charming. The soundproofing was good, too. The unit itself was compact, complete with kitchen amenities. At one point, though, the toilet water tank ran out of water. But after a couple of hours, water started to trickle in. Customer service was outstanding. While the reception is manned until midnight, the hotel kept us informed via email on instructions on how to get it. Daniela, Joanina and Nicolas were super helpful and accommodating of our queries. Daniela even helped book our tickets to Livreria Lello. The room is serviced every 2 days but we could request clean towels before that. They provide a free bottle of water and 2 coffee pods. You can buy more at £0.50, as well as water and soft drinks from reception. Although there are supermarkets close by. Miniprecio on Rua de Fernandez Tomas and a big Continente supermarket in Rua Santos Pousada.

Very nice hotel. Perfect place for exploring Porto. Quiet street. All the most known Porto attractions are from 10 to 15 min from the hotel. The rooms and kitchen have everything that is necessary. Very clean rooms and bathroom. I recomand this place to everybody. The breakfast that we have ordered was everday the same but for just 3 days it was OK. For a man the amount of breakfast wouldn't be enough. Big super market is very close to hotel.

Excellent stay! Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Excellent location, 5 to 20 min walk from everything. Great pool in garden area, perfect for chilling out in Porto. Apartment was perfect and had everything needed for my family, 2 min walk to supermarket and bakery Will stay again

We’ve stayed at several hotels as part of our honeymoon trips, however, Aparthotel Oporto felt the most like home as the one bedroom apartment we stayed in had a full kitchen, terrace and living room. It was in a great location and the staff were especially welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated the extra effort by staff to celebrate our honeymoon.

Cosy appartement with good beds. We all had a great stay. One tip is to provide chairs and hooks in the rooms for clothes when going to bed. That would get all to a 5 star stay.

We had a great stay! The place was incredibly clean and it was beautiful with lots of natural light. We added the welcome kit of wine, cheese, meat and fruit and it was amazing! I would definitely stay here again in the future. The staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations and holding our luggage before check in and after check out.

Exceeded our expectations. Large modern apartment with amenities including off street parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, and attractions. Would definitely stay again when back in Porto.

A great hotel! It's a traditional Porto townhouse, split into small apartments decorated in a clean, minimal style. Staff were friendly and helpful. One word of warning: getting a car into the car park involves a hair-raising squeeze through a tight tunnel: putting my old banger in there would have been fine, but putting a pristine rental car in there gave me sweaty palms! Centrally located, but relatively quiet. I'd move in if I could!
