The location is excellent! Right by the river in Porto! The hotel itself is part of the world's cultural heritage! The room you stay in has a river view and a direct view of the bridge! Highly recommended!
The breakfast is also very rich! The room is relatively large! Clean and tidy!
The scenery is excellent! You can take a cruise at the door! Many restaurants! Enjoy the beautiful scenery while tasting the food by the river!

The view was good and pretty. I thought I went around the area around São Bento Station a lot in Porto, but I ended up moving around the upper area more than around the Dom Luis Pontifical, so if you only want to see the view for a little while, it would be better to stay in another location than this hotel. I asked if I could change the room I originally reserved, but I was late the first day anyway, so I just passed, and they said they would change it for me the next day and ignored me. The restaurant breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly, but there wasn't anything particularly satisfying about the other facilities, but there are many hotels in that location that are half the price, so I don't think it's worth spending that much money on.

Great hotel, especially the staff! Breakfast spread was fantastic and you can't beat the location. Do note that private car pick up or drop off in front of the hotel is not allowed which is inconvenient. Otherwise, the place is perfect!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing and our balcony view of the river was really special. Room was comfortable and breakfast had a really good variety of options. The hotel is situated in such a beautiful part of the city, but we were able to access other areas really easily too. Would recommend and would definitely love to return!

This was a really nice hotel and an excellent location. We could not have asked for a better location for our stay. We were right on the water and had a balcony overlooking the river. It was also right next to the water taxi, which takes you across the river to the Gaia area. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. The room is on the older side, but the bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and convenient. I recommend this hotel.

our trip to porto was incredible. we thought it was going to rain but it never happened. our hotel was amazing. from its location, to its hospitality, and lastly, its breakfast buffet.
our room was updated and our views of the river and bridge were spectacular.
i would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting porto and i would most definetly stay here again!
