Except for the good location, everything else about the hotel is unsatisfactory. The room price is so high, but there is no service to the guests. Two small bottles of mineral water were provided when you checked in, but they were gone after four nights. Even if you ask the front desk, they didn't get it! The floor is very poor. Whenever someone walks upstairs, the sound is loud, as if the floor is about to collapse. I wonder how it was decorated in the first place? ! The front desk staff has a cold attitude and nothing can be solved. The longer you stay, the more you will feel that this hotel only cares about making money and does not provide corresponding services. Bad review!

This is an Aparthotel that is simply sensational. You have everything you need in the room, though we didn't use any of the appliances or cutlery as we were only staying for one night. The look, furniture, design and cleanliness of the room was amazing. It made want my flat to be just like it. I would and likely will return to Porto, and will definitely be staying here again. It is very conveniently located in the city centre where there is much to do and can easily get there within a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and very helpful when we needed them, especially when allowing us to store our luggage there on a day when we weren't even staying with them. Very nice!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in old town Porto. You will need to notify them in advance of your arrival time (they will request this information) as reception is not always manned in the front entrance. The employees work in the building on another floor. They do have a phone number posted on the door should you arrive and the doors are locked. The rooms are lovely. I do have to say they were more than accommodating when we had an issue with the AC in our room. I asked to be moved and they did so as soon as another room became available. Our room was on the first floor. It was quite large and immaculately clean. Pillows were excellent. This hotel is located on a hill - but there are not many places in Porto that are not on a hill! The service and the employees were top notch here. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Porto!

We travelled here for a long weekend from the UK. We had a studio apartment on the 3rd floor. Positives • The apartment was perfect for us and what we wanted/needed. The space and decor is edgy. • Central location in old town Porto - very close to everything walking wise • Our apartment was facing the road and had a lovely balcony with lovely views of Porto • Got a welcome bottle of Port and two free water bottles in the room • Good but basic amenities in the apartment but we didn't use the cooker or anything as we were out most of the time. Negatives • When we arrived, there was a sign on the front door saying "if you haven't told us your arrival time, call this number". We arrived around 3pm. Firstly, we didn't know we needed to let them know our arrival time and nor did we get emailed about this. Normally, hotels email beforehand asking for this information. • I called the number and got no response and no one was at the front desk. Luckily, someone (assuming the receptionist) saw us and opened the door for us. • The whole apartment building has a musty, damp, humid smell which is worse in the lifts. • The floorboards are far too noisy! We got woken up by the apartment above ours because of how loud the floorboards creek when people walk on them. • Our apartment door lock was really tough to unlock when we wanted to open the door. This definitely needs to be looked into. Overall, it's a great apartment in a super central location. However, if you get awoken easily then this place probably isn't for you because of how loud the floorboards creek.

The room was great. It was large, had a kitchen, nice bathroom, and 2 beds. We had daily cleaning and change of towels every two days. The reception staff was great and very helpful. The location is very central and everything is close by. I would definitely come back when I visit Porto. There are only three small things that we did not like: - the spare bed was a bit lumpy - we had a view of the back of the building and during the whole night on Friday and Saturday, there was noise from the building nearby - we were located on floor -1 which actually had a back view of 2nd or 3rd floor but when we were entering our room, there was a smell of humidity coming from the -2 floor

On arrival, a closed door but don't worry, call the number listed and someone will welcome you very pleasantly. The entrance already announces the quality and cleanliness of the establishment, a superb first impression. Which will be confirmed when you discover the apartment, always with the reception agent who shows you around. The apartment which for us was located on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard was very large, cozy and very clean. A kitchenette, a sofa, two wardrobes and chest of drawers, private bathroom and toilet in the apartment, and safe to store our belongings also in the apartment. I am delighted with this accommodation in the center of Porto, 15 minutes from all the important sites on foot. Only small downside but the hosts have nothing to do with it, is that on weekends in a big city there is a little noise in the evening, but you know how to make concessions when you want to visit a big city and reside in the city center I highly recommend. Thank you for this little nugget in the city center
