Good amount of space. Nice kitchen area. Bathroom is good, though bathtub is small - though it did not create any issues for us. Friendly and easily accessible owner. We will recommend it.

So I booked the room via booking, knowing that my card would be charged this past weekend, something went wrong and even tho I tried to sort it via telephone my card did not allow payments to booking website, so I had to wait until today Monday to go to my bank and sort it. I wrote to the hotel on Sunday asking for a bit more time and their reply was simply ok. Today Monday morning I woke up to my surprise the booking was canceled. Bear in mind this is 4 days before our trip and a very special occasion as it's the são Joao festivities in Porto. We are a large family and finding locations for us to stay last minute is nearly impossible. This was very upsetting that they probably got another offer and didn't even bother to ask how the situation was, it also seems to me that they treat tourists better than locals as their first message is also all in English and does not have the Portuguese side. I have tried contacting the booking website to no avail. In a matter of hours I've sorted the problem of my banking and I have just payed for another hotel in gaia which is not the location we wanted but its the only available right now. I just wanted to let you know my terrible and very stressful experience with this site and hotel. Greedy hotels and hotels with poor service don't last long and karma is a b***.

Good location and price. Overall we were happy.
Apartment suited our needs. A good price. A good location. Condition of kitchen area was good but the bathroom was very bad. The bathroom door didn’t have a handle and was badly rotten at the bottom. The toilet didn’t flush at first but this was soon repaired by the owner.
Strange layout for the single room which had an opening backing onto the kitchen sink giving no privacy. Lamp had no light bulbs. This made our granddaughter uncomfortable.
Owner was helpful and tried to rectify things. Initial Cleaning was very good but no clean towels etc unless you ask.

Pulito, comodissimo perché vicino al centro e ad un parcheggio, personale accogliente e disponibile. Dotato di ascensore. Asciugamani morbidi e in quantità, stanza calda e silenziosa. È un’ottima soluzione per visitare Porto senza spendere cifre assurde

Tenía una reserva hecha con ellos desde febrero a traves de Booking confirmada y pagada para semana santa y a dos dias del viaje y fuera del plazo de cancelación gratuita me dicen que no tienen disponibilidad pero me la siguen ofreciendo en el mismo portal cuatro veces mas cara, no se responsabilizan ni el apto ni Booking y me dejan sin vacaciones por los precios desorbitados que había a esas alturas y esperando varios dias que me devuelvan el importe pagado.

Bien situé mais confort moyen.
Nous occupions un logement situé au premier étage, côté cour. Il est très bien situé et permet de visiter facilement Porto à pied. Le quartier est agréable.
La climatisation est un plus car le soleil chauffe tout l'après midi.
L'équipement de la cuisine est assez restreint, il ne comporte même pas un couteau qui puisse éplucher convenablement un légume ou un fruit.
l'isolation phonique est inexistante et nous avons subi toutes les nuits et parfois jusqu'à 4 heures du matin le bruit des voisins du dessus. Nous avons averti le propriétaire qui nous a dit faire le nécessaire auprès de ses autres locataires. Cette promesse n'a eu aucun effet, nous avons très mal dormi durant six nuits et étions contents de partir.
