The hostel doesn’t have a lift. Very difficult if you are moving with luggage. Staff is friendly, location is central for touristy stuff. Rooms were clean but right above pubs and restaurants and hence v noisy till v late at night. Breakfast ain’t that great either even though it’s inexpensive.

Very charming hostel at perfect location in a characteristic old building. Welcoming, friendly staff. There's a cosy lounge for hanging around, working, reading and meeting people while drinking a porto wine. With even a piano and guitar. Besides that all the basics can be checked, like cleanliness, comfy bed, good shower.

Great location around the city of Porto. Main attractions are within a short distance and only a 7 minute walk to and from the metro if required. The hostel is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The surrounding areas are around vibrant bars filled with university students and other travellers, with cheap drink prices. The staff on the whole are extremely pleasant and welcoming; however, the night lady came across aggressive and unhelpful at times. This hostel is comfortable in all aspects and I would definitely stay again. It is quiet in the hostel itself which can be difficult to meet other travellers, but if you visit the bars outside, it is easy to do so.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room that I was in faced a busy street so it was very loud until 3 or 4 am most nights but that is my only complaint. Everything was clean and it was in a good location. Also, if you are wanting to get an early start, breakfast at the hostel doesn’t start until 8:30 so you will have to eat somewhere else if you want to leave before that.

I am young female solo traveler and highly recommend this place! It was my first time in Porto and upon arrival the ladies at reception desk were so kind. I stayed in a private room and it was clean and nice. It was a great location and everything was super walkable and safe feeling.

The location of this hostel is fantastic and so is the staff. The two women working at the front desk were so attentive, kind, and funny! Everyone was very welcoming. They have lists of daily activities (which was great for a solo traveler like me). The room was clean and bright. Highly recommend if this is your first hostel experience! I attached photos of the room and balcony view.

Great hostel, very modern & clean on the inside, situated in an older classic building in the cente of Porto. Well equiped kitchen. You can walk everywhere in the centre really easily! Nice glass of port on arrival. Fantastic 6 euro breakfast if you want it. Very friendly, helpful staff 👍😊

I stayed in a 6 bed room with an ensuite bathroom. The hostel is located right near the Clérigos Church. The bus to/from the airport (601) stops very close by. The reception is not staffed 24/7, so I'm not sure if there would be an issue if you arrived late at night. No free breakfast. Towel rent is 2 euros. There is a popular nightlife spot right next door so it can be a little noisy at night. I would bring ear plugs.
