Youropo - the Tower

I have stayed in several hotels across Europe , however this apartment has just given me the worst experience - 1) the elevator are only for luggage, but before getting to the elevator, will need to carry the luggage to at least 1 floor up 2) housekeeping not done on daily basis 3) I had to line the bathroom floors with towels cuz there isn’t a door to the shower area , hence the entire bathroom floor is flooded after shower 4) floors may look clean, but it wasn’t , had to wear a bedroom slippers 5) the price paid per night is equivalent to a 4 star hotel near by 6) only provided shower gel , means u are expected to use it as a shampoo and body 7) bath and hand towels were not provided, I had to go outside the room , where the cupboards are placed to help myself to the towels 8) there isn’t a proper wardrobe provided at all 9) location is convenient , however for the price paid, there are 4 stars hotels within 500m vicinity of this apartment 10) it’s in the middle of a row of shop houses hence security should be taken into consideration since one does self check in and if one come back late at night

The appartment was great. It was very well equipped. The location was perfect. The staff was very nice. They were available 24/7. They were very organized. The check-in and out was very smooth. It was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend.
