Location is excellent- cannot be beat. Large clean room. Good breakfast variety. Overall a great stay in a beautiful city.

Great location but this “five star hotel” was all show no substance.
Breakfast consists of cheap self service coffee machines paltry racks of dried bread and lukewarm scrambled eggs in le cruset pots, and no service whatsoever.
The room is spacious but has a wonky clap board four poster bed and the cheap noise insulation windows means the bar sounds below the hotel could be heard all night long. Bed linen was very premium and comfortable, turndown service was nice.
Moldy smells in the hallways coupled with industrial paint smells from the recent renovation to the room makes one think of health code violations.
Front desk staff seemed aloof and insincere. The doormen were the only staff that were really friendly and genuine.
Come and have a peek of the beautiful lobby and stay at one of the many 5 star hotels nearby.
This hotel truly was a disappointment.

The hotel itself is a historical building, and every corner is like a work of art! The room is quite large, and I was surprised that they even gave me a small gift bag (eye mask, earplugs, etc.), unlimited free water, but the mini bar needs to be charged, the bedding is very good, and the bathroom is also a local brand, which is very moisturizing.
The breakfast options are relatively few compared to 5-star hotels. We stayed for 3 nights and the variety of breakfast did not change. This needs to be improved (because even some 4-star hotels have better products and varieties than this)
The room cleaning is not timely. The next day, we even had to call them to change the toiletries, and many equipments took a long time to be delivered.
The service is basically very warm and considerate.
The location is really super convenient, and you can walk everywhere.

In the center of the old town, you can basically go to any tourist attraction within one kilometer. It is very friendly to traveling bosozokus. There is nothing to say about the interior of the hotel. It is almost the same style as Lello Bookstore. Harry Potter is enough. The elevators and guest rooms are a bit Budapest. It feels like a big hotel. The air-conditioning panel in the room is actually touch-screen. It’s very magical~ The service is also good. After arriving, it’s easier to sit and check in. The check-in time is not stuck. There is also a welcome drink. I usually choose the special one. Port wine, and someone knocks on the door every night to deliver chocolates. Maybe the only bad thing is the small alleys on both sides of the hotel, which are basically tobacco shops and bars. Young people gather there at night and make noise, which will probably last until after 2 o'clock. The second floor is being renovated during the stay, which is quite disturbing. Visit the public area on the second floor. If you like retro, you can really try this hotel.
