真的是很無語，一個四星酒店連個前台都木有，就是一個公寓，不知道咋平的，全程在線入住也不能寄存行李，真的很爛，就衹有2層，找酒店都找不到，真的很服了，如果是一個hotel我就認了，體驗感很差，讓一個外地人來非常不友好非常不方便

First time in Porto. The boutique hotel covers 2 floors in a historic building. Check-in happens remotely but works fine if you have a mobile phone with internet. Rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast is copious and delivered exactly at the requested time in the room. Staff couldn’t be friendlier !

Excellent location. Check-in was done remotely and easily. Everything was clean, comfortable, cozy and smelled nice. Spacious bathroom. Attentive staff. For me, there were no negative points. One thing to note: the entrance is a little scary because it is in a very old and aged building, but once you get to the floor where you are staying, everything is perfect, new and clean.

A trip with my wife to Porto, a super pleasant weekend. The Hotel is very well located, in the central region of the city. The room is very comfortable and cozy. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, Lorena and Rafael were incredible throughout our stay. Check-in is done remotely, but we didn't have any problems with that; the reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the Hotel and we will definitely return.

Hotel en pleno centro de oporto. Si te fías de las apariencias no entrarías, pero el interior te sorprenderá. Eramos tres amigas que en 2 días íbamos a recorrer oporto. Lo mejor de la habitación, el baño y la terraza, lo demás bien ya que en la habitación sólo pasas el tiempo de dormir. Mención aparte merece el desayuno, te lo sirven en la habitación y es espectacular. La atención a la hora del chek in perfecta y te informan donde tienes parking más barato para el coxhe. Totalmente recomendable
