The room was new, clean, and beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Zero offensive odors. Charming hotel, we loved it. Would stay again. The reception were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The room had powerful air conditioning (which not all hotels on our trip had) which kept us cool and comfortable.

Francesco and his wife and the staffs were all so friendly, helpful and cheerful. Rooms is clean, bed is comfortable and feel like you are at home. Breakfast is delicious, I could say international ( Western n Thai) their croissants is good compared to my stay in florence. Love staying there again if go to Porto ercole. Strongly recommended to those who want relaxation, comfort go to Conchiglia Hotel, Porto ercole. Gonna missed Francesco and his family.

Very clean hotel, extremely friendly owners and excellent location. Highly recommended! We stayed just one night and the owner Francesco was very welcoming. Varied breakfast buffet and nicely appointed rooms and bathrooms; we stayed in a superior room with balcony.

L’hotel non è grandissimo ma è nuovo, molto curato e molto pulito con dei dettagli davvero deliziosi. È una realtà a conduzione familiare trattata con estrema cura. Degna di nota la accoglienza e la disponibilità di Francesco, il proprietario, che ci ha trattato benissimo permettendoci anche di rimanere oltre l’orario di check out senza alcun addebito e che ci ha messo a disposizione la sua bici elettrica per girare l’isola. Davvero consigliato!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questo bel hotel a conduzione familiare. Ottima e varia la colazione. Camera e bagno confortevoli e puliti, recentemente ristrutturati. Proprietario e personale cortese e disponibile. Posizione centrale a due passi dal mare, dai ristoranti e negozi. Agevolazione sulla tariffa dei parcheggi (4€ per 24h) Consigliato.

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno molto gradevole. Siamo stati coccolati da una colazione supeativa e una camera molto deliziosa e curata. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa. Peccato solo per il parcheggio introvabile.. ma non dipendeva dall'hotel

Camera accogliente e pulita. Ottima colazione anche con opzioni senza glutine, personale attento e gentile. Ottima posizione centrale, si raggiungono facilmente le numerose e meravigliose calette del promontorio.

Ottimo hotel in cui professionalità, passione, e buon gusto lo caratterizzano! Situato in pieno centro della chicca di porto Ercole. Gentilissimi i proprietari e tutto lo staff che guidano questo delizioso posto . Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni in pieno relax e spensieratezza. Ottima la pulizia delle camere così come la gustosa colazione che offre varietà tra dolce e salato; sicuramente da sottolineare l'accurata pulizia delle stanze e di tutti gli ambienti. Tornerò in questa struttura dove si può toccare con mano il vero spirito dell'ospitalità. Consigliatissimo.
