Great vacation. Very relaxing. Reception was super helpful booking excursions. Great entertainment poolside and each night. Beach is very pretty but a bit too rough To swim in. Although there are calmer beaches close and it is an easy walk along the beach to the town when it isn’t high tide.

The resort is exceptional, beautiful, very well decorated and the service is of the first place. After staying in Vivá, we went to Maragogi and hosted a very famous resort there (and even with propaganda of being one of the best in the world) and it was a disappointment, we just didn't return to Vivá because it didn't even have to cancel the other's reservation in We find the living much better, more beautiful, more comfortable, cleaner and cheaper than the famous resort of Maragogi.

Upon arriving at the resort we received a room upgrade to a bungalow and had an incredible experience, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful, the drinks were delicious. All requests were promptly responded to. Definitely one of the best places I've ever visited!! I would come back a thousand times.

The hotel is just perfect with wonderful views of the sea. Check in was smooth and was made to feel very welcome. Our room (115) was lovely and had everything we needed with views of the sea. The cleaners do a wonderful job of keeping your room clean and the whole hotel. The pool is really nice and very warm. The hotel has a wide selection of food on offer at a reasonable price and the bar has a nice selection of drinks also. I have to give a special mention to the waiters who are constantly making sure you have everything you need and nothing is too much for them. They really make the hotel a perfect place to stay. Overall we had a great time and would certainly come back. Thank you.
