Traumática experiência! Uma verdadeira humilhação. Em pleno feriado de réveillon 2024 o prédio sem estrutura fundamental, teve pane faltou energia, elevador interditado, bomba de água inoperante. Todo mundo ficou sem água por dias, comprando garrafões para tomar banho e dormindo em condições desumanas de calor insalubre, muitos se deitaram pela recepção que era minúscula e único local com climatização, uma tragédia! Era impossível conseguir outra acomodação no período. Pessoas PcD sem poder subir andares, idosos passando mal, condições de higiene precárias por falta de água dias seguidos. Um horror. Os quartos cheiram mal, não tem limpeza ou remoção de lixo troca de roupas de cama. Fiquei no flat 414 da Sra Claudia Regina FRodrigues e do Sr Audo Vilela, que não responderam sobre isso e não tiveram a hombridade de devolução dos valores pagos, mesmo diante de uma situação de violação terrível de direitos fundamentais. Estamos consternados com tamanha falta de honestidade.
