In a slightly off-season period it is the best, honest prices taking normal rooms, almost deserted private beach with beautiful water disco closed from September 5th so no night noise by renting a pedal boat or a canoe you can go to the island of rabbits

Let's assume that we were guests of the structure together with our little dog, happy to see that a hotel had opened its doors for us, albeit with the necessary additional expense. The pros of this structure are: the location (central but reserved), the private beach and very close to the rooms, the parking included in the price. The cons are a bit more. Maintenance is very poor (pieces of fallen plaster, parts of fake parquet unglued at the entrance, chairs at the outdoor tables in poor condition as well as the floor of the outdoor restaurant), the feeling is that everything has been abandoned. Our room (a Classic double) was very small and did not even have the external wires to hang a towel or a wet bathing suit (we had to use the common drying rack, small and almost always occupied). The restaurant service embarrassing (the first day we asked to have lunch there and the waiter forgot the order, he brought us only one glass when there were two of us, he told us we had to wait a long time to eat. that the quality of the food was good), at breakfast, despite the kindness of Mrs Anna and her excellent cakes, the croissants were fresh but often the pasticciotti ran out. Furthermore, next to the private beach there was the lido isola beach with pleasant but sometimes too loud music (I called the reception to ask to intervene and they told me they could not do anything. Alone I had to call the carabinieri first and then the lido to see the music turned down), finally, due to motorboats in constant transit, the water was clean in the early morning and late afternoon but for the rest of the day there were traces of foam. I don't understand what it takes to ask to go further from the coast. The lifeguards are very kind. In short, the structure has enormous potential but is not cared for, maintained, exploited. It would be appropriate, and profitable, to open the beach bar to allow guests to eat there for lunch, even something light, an ice cream, a fruit salad and avoid letting them leave the structure. In summary, to be definitely improved in order to justify a rate (in August) of 240 € / night.

"forced" to stay in this structure from 18 to 21 August for X reasons by booking at the last (a week and a half before) obviously not finding anything else available. Positive sides? the room and the bathroom, I must say very welcoming. Negative sides? the rest ... The continental breakfast is great (supplement of 10 euros per day ... go and get it better and spend less) DIRTY CUPS, there were 4 on the table, 3 of which dirty and for miracle a clean ... Service non-existent. The first day I asked the bar for fruit salad and coffee and I was looked at as if I had asked for caviar ... If you ask the reception for info on travel and beaches, they respond very sufficiently and it is as if they did not even know things. TO BE PLAINED ALIVE STAY WHERE AT LEAST THE SERVICE EXISTS. run away.

We stayed in this structure, and I must say that at times I was happy with it, at times disappointed. I will be clearer. First of all, what left us really disappointed is the lack of courtesy and hospitality of the staff at the reception. We found a girl who not only seemed to have to pull the words out of her mouth, but in the following days, she didn't even return the greeting. In the evening we fortunately found another girl (probably of foreign origin) who was very kind and courteous, the total opposite of the colleague in the morning. The breakfast is excellent, and luckily in the dining room we found Mrs. Anna who cheered up our stay, finally with so many arrogant and unkind looks, we felt like guests of that structure thanks to her, who despite the immense amount of work was always there to ask ourselves if we needed something ... an infinite sweetness. But let's go back to the reception, the most lacking point of the structure. After paying for a TRIPLE room, they tell us that, on the beach, we had to pay a SUPPLEMENT to get 3 sunbeds. Too bad, however, that comparing ourselves with the other guests of the structure, we realized that this supplement was only asked of us! And let's talk about a structure that has collected almost 3 thousand euros, from 3 girls, offering us only breakfast! The beach is quiet, but the sea is always dirty, except in the early morning. The restaurant was another sore point. We had lunch twice in the hotel, and besides noticing really high prices, we had to endure an endless wait. To receive a second, we waited more than 3 hours at the table, and we received rather unpleasant responses to the requests we made to the waiters, after more than 1 hour and a half of waiting. On the other hand, however, the chef is really good, as everything was exquisite. Thanks to the beauty of the structure, Mrs. Anna, the chef and the kind girl at the reception I left 3 stars, because for the lack of courtesy of other elements, I would have had to leave only one. Train your employees in courtesy, and how to treat a customer who comes to pose 3000 euros, for a week, otherwise, despite the structure being worth it, it is difficult to return.

Prenotato 2 mesi fa,.per il giorno 7 ottobre...poi 10 giorni prima del pernottamento mi arriva una email dicendomi di cancellare la prenotazione perché l'hotel chiude il 1 ottobre: siete un vero scandalo !!!

Sono ancora in struttura e nn vorrei andare via mai più... è tutto stupendo dal personale alle stanze vista mare... La struttura è ubicata in una posizione strategica... tutto indimenticabile e ci torneremo sicuramente

Sicuramente è stato un meraviglioso albergo ben organizzato e ben frequentato, oggi però vive del riflesso di allora … un vero peccato. Intendiamoci non è male, pulito grazioso ma si vede che potrebbe essere uno spettacolo e non lo è. Il ristorante penso abbia la migliore vista di porto cesareo sul tramonto! Un vero spettacolo, l’accesso al hotel e ristorante avviene attraverso un suggestivo e stretto ponticello sul mare… altrettanto bello! Il ristorante però è semi deserto.. (si mangia anche bene!) NON c’è traccia di un organizzazione per un aperitivo sulla bella terra come detto con vista eccezionale… Un posto carino nulla di più
