Muy mala experiencia. El hotel muy antiguo y en las fotos parece que está sobre la playa y en realidad está enfrente. Lo único a destacar la limpieza diaria y el cambio de sábanas y toallas. Luego el hotel no tiene ningún servicio, el colchón era como dormir arriba de un resorte directamente tuve que solicitar un cambio. La playa llena de sombrillas una pegada a la otra no había ni espacio para caminar. No dejan ni un agua en las habitaciones y te cobran todo hasta la ducha en la playa cuando dicen ser un hotel de playa. El desayuno era aceptable faltaban algunas cosas pero no estaba mal. El wifi no pude usarlo en toda la estadía. No funcionaba en la habitación ni tampoco en el hall del hotel ni la playa. La verdad esto me complicó ya que para conectarme tenía que ir a otro lado. No lo recomiendo ni volvería.

This a 2 star hotel at best. It needs serious maintenance. Toilet cistern button kept falling off and the safe barrel completely came out. Some of the items at breakfast were stale and just about every day we had to ask for toilet paper and accessories. The photos shown are definitely not what we received. Our room was tired and old. Cost was not worth it. When we paid their printer was not able to produce a receipt and when we checked out they claimed we didn’t pay. The only thing going for this hotel is its location!

Slidt hotel, maks. 2 stjerner Et hotel i enormt dårlig stand. Vi oplevede efter 1. Overnatning aftalen. 1. den private strand er mod ekstra betaling 35 euro pr. dag 2. Defekt pengeskab. 3. Stoppet vask 4. Toilet der løber og larmer hele tiden 5. Ingen varmt vand i bruseren. 6. Ingen vinduer i værelser, kun indgangsdøren hvor der var glas i. Enormt slidt hotel, men med sødt personale som forsøger deres bedste

Great beach hotel near Porto Cesareo We had a wonderful stay at the end of May before the busy season picked up! Very friendly staff and nice facilities. The beach club immediately in front is excellent with a very nice restaurant and soft sand beach. Good breakfast too!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera a piano terreno, che a vista foto dal sito tutt’altro appariva che quel che ci è stato dato! Armadio per vestiti inesistente, sono presenti solo un paio di ripiani e appendiabiti, letto e materasso pessimi, inesistente la scelta cuscini ed impossibile areare a piacimento la camera che purtroppo dispone di una sola finestra/porta d’ingresso affacciata direttamente su strada/passaggio comune. Impossibile anche solo pensare di poter stendere i teli mare dopo una giornata di mare su uno stendino minuscolo. La pulizia ed il servizio non sono assolutamente adeguati ad un 4 stelle, fosse un 2 stelle potrei comprendere. Ipotizzando che anche i minimi servizi di un 4 stelle qui siano presenti non sono davvero all’altezza delle aspettative di base. Abbiamo usufruito della sola colazione, (per fortuna) anche questa decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative per qualità, quantità, orario e servizio. Il frigobar di un 4 stelle S non può esser vuoto all’arrivo!!! Stendo un velo pietoso sul bagno. La struttura avrebbe delle potenzialità enormi per la posizione in cui si trova, per il lido ed i servizi che potrebbe offrire, la mancanza di controllo e la sufficienza della gestione rendono questa struttura inadeguata al prezzo richiesto.

Il mio parere in merito a questo “resort a 4 stelle”e’ molto negativo. Da cosa vogliamo partire? La stanza minuscola con un bagno ricavato senza finestra altrettanto minuscolo con doccia dove all’interno per lavarti dovevi tenere il doccino in mano (non era presente soffione), arredo che definirlo minimal sarebbe un lusso in quanto le reti ed il materasso erano appoggiati ad una ascia di legno attaccata al muro. Tralascio altre cose già scritte da altri. Trattamento di mezza pensione utilizzato solo per le prime 2 sere ( nel conto non sono state tolte le cene non usufruite) in quanto di bassissimo livello, la colazione molto triste. Almeno il mare in quella settimana è stato come tutti mi avevano descritto, il lido, che non è solo o in parte riservato agli ospiti della pensione, un ammasso di persone. Il personale di servizio fa quello che può, e’ tutto il resto che manca avendo comunque speso una cifra per 1 settimana non proprio economica. Normalmente quando leggo le recensioni cerco sempre di dare a meta’ , ma in questo caso sono veritiere, quelle positive de gustibus!!!!!!!
