We find a clothesline or hooks to hang up various things. Steak or fish in salt was absolutely great. Although I would have liked to see you use a very hot stone to cut the steak. Would highly recommend the hotel. The location unforgettable. Right on the harbor and that comes in with quite a few floating villas…

We picked this hotel for its location and sadly that is what it relies on . We booked a superior sea view, well I can’t image what a normal room must be like!! Our room yes had the most amazing view but that was it, it was tiny and very basic. That we could have coped with but the bathroom flooded everytime we had a shower or filled the basin! We told housekeeping who informed us all the showers in the hotel leaked!! They just supplied us with more towels to mop it up!!! We couldn’t get any English news channels even though they were on the tv - just blank Breakfast was ok if you like very sweet pastries, cakes and scrambled egg, we enquired about a poached egg and was told it was 8€ extra and an omelette was 10€ . We had to pay 5€ for a beach towel on the whole we felt it was tired, basic and money grabbing . The housekeeping staff were very helpful ( as they had to mop us out a few times) as was one waiter at breakfast. Reception had an uninterested and uncaring attitude . Car hire is essential here as the hotel is on a hill and a long walk to amenities . We will not be back

Average. View lovely Water 7 euros a bottle Rooms very very small Rooftop nice Breakfast cakes fab but stabled eggs every day!!!!! If I've paid for breakfast why the same every day! The lady at breakfast who serves three coffee is very very very rude. When I approached her to ask why same breakfast there was eye rolling and possibly even swearing in her language. I will try speak to hotel manager later. Terrible attitude.

Great location. About 6 mins walk into the main shopping town area of Porto Cervo where all the designer shops are, with small supermarket and pharmacy also. A 25 min walk the other side down into the marina area which offers great restaurants like Hivoa and Clipper. We had a garden room which was fantastic as you could walk out to the pool area which overlooked the marina, stunning view. Hotel staff were great and very welcoming. Breakfast selection was a bit limited with no egg station, but coffee offering was great. No iron facility in the room, only laundry service which was very pricey. Rooms were well serviced daily. Lots of car parking available around the hotel. Would recommend staying here for your Porto Cervo visit. A beautiful hotel, conveniently located, with amazing views over the marina.

Hotel Luci di La Muntagna has a privileged location with a stunning view over Porto Cervo. The design of the hotel is charming, with pleasant common areas and a nice terrace for breakfast or a drink. However, the overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations. While the staff was polite, the service lacked warmth and attention to detail. On a personal note, I believe that a top-tier hotel should offer freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. I know it’s a very specific standard, but to me, it says a lot about attention to quality. Unfortunately, this was missing. It’s a good option for its location and view, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and guest experience.

I first time to Sardinia and this hotel. Lovely rooms all facing the marina. All staff are lovely and friendly who can’t do enough for you. The housekeepers are excellent and tidy the rooms to a perfect standard. If you haven’t been to Sardinia I would highly recommend hiring a car. There is a car hire place about 5 mins walk from the hotel. All in all lovely hotel and staff. Would definitely recommend.
