Property in excellent location, beautiful swimming pool. Very poor three-star room and certainly not 4. View non-existent, the window faced a wall and they pass it off as a superior room. Very small bathroom with shower with broken fabric curtain, you couldn't even lift the toilet seat because it touched the toilet paper holder. Bedspread with two stains, very old and uncomfortable mattress with springs. The worst thing was the smell of deodorant in the room, probably to cover some odor that made it difficult to sleep, plus they decided to spray it in the air conditioner too. 22 inch mini TV. Safe present but not working, asked for repairs at reception but nothing. The guy at the reception was very haughty and rude, while the girls were kinder. The only positive note was the price, very cheap but because it was May, in August the prices for the room and services were exorbitant. In any case, I do not recommend the structure, there is better nearby. Breakfast €20 to be paid extra

After a careful research we decided to go to Colonna county club. We couldn’t do better choice. The location is very nice, the hotel has everything and it has the best value/price in Porto Cervo. However the thing that really we won’t be able to forget is the customer service level which was outstanding. I’m very hard to please person but Colonna county club staff, especially Marco Riccio, the front desk manager went extra mile in order to make our experience unforgettable. I was in touch with Marco through email before to get there and he made sure to accommodate me in all my requests and once I got there all the team was fantastic. We will definitely go back! That’s a hotel for retirement people. Very quiet, clean with nice garden. Separate bungalows rated as 3 stars, no more!!!! No entertainment at all! Boring hotel with boring food in the restaurant. Better to go to the city for dinner. Breakfast buffet is poor with many sweets, boring again. What I liked was staff at the reception, very helpful. They are getting from me 5 stars. Do not book a boat trip from the hotel, it was a disappointment. Never again, sorry.

I will come back. This was a business trip, next time I will visit with my family. Very good service in the reception, speaking fluent english. Clean room and clean basseng. Central location compared to centrum.

We were -overall satisfaction,perfect service,clean rooms,beautiful environment and beach,Very nice town,I can only recommend you.I only have a negative perception of expensive sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

The fact that the lunch menu is practically the same, ends up conditioning a lot who has choose "all inclusive" and for that reason I don't give it maximum grade. Otherwise, the staff is the best, very friendly and collaborative.

Good location close to the marina, the pool is nice although not too deep. The rooms are big. The restaurant has limited choices and the quality of food not as high as in other restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly

Although the surrounding space is very pleasant, this hotel has tiny rooms, with no sound insulation. The breakfast is very poor and unhealthy. Urgently needs a renovation! Parking is very limited and guests prevent cars parked in the first row from leaving.
