Great place to stay close to all good attractions in Porto Alegre . Very well recomended. So that's my preferred hotel in Brazil

The hotel is very good, the area is quiet. The rooms are excellent, the reception is good and even there are bikes for guests. Breakfast is also very generous.

Great service and a nice hotel. Not keen on the duvets having no cover but that seemed to be the same practice in other hotels I stayed in in the area. The staff were amazing and incredibly kind. Would recommend if you're visiting Porto alegre

Cleaning the bad room...not aspired or shaken, face towel with hole, falling makeup mirror, no replacement of hygienic paper, pubian hair in the box, dirty mirror .

Good service, good location. The rooms are also good with lots of mirrors, the breakfast is ok. The only caveat would be in relation to the bathroom stall, very close by, the water heats up but you need to wait a few minutes, there is hot water in the tap too.

There is a shopping center in front of the hotel ~ can shopping and eat many kinds of food ~ Hotel Bleakfast nice^ Hot food was good~

Very attentive attendants, but old rooms, mold on the bedroom curtains, well-worn towels. The location is very good, close to the American consulate in Porto Alegre (2km), as well as close to the Iguatemi shopping mall.
