I went to sleep on December 31st alone because I wanted to enjoy the city of Portneuf to enjoy New Year's Eve!....I was forced to leave at 4:30 in the morning because the party was taken over by the hotel...shouting, loud music, etc. No response from the hotel managers and no one to supervise. I asked for a refund and had no news. They ruined my New Year's Day.....Bravoooo

We are 2 long term walkers who were in a bad way on a Friday night. Due to an emergency we had to find a hotel quickly. However we were unable to find a taxi or Uner to take us back. The manager offered to pick us up himself 30 minutes from the hotel. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was all we needed.

I have never seen a hotel so unclean in my entire life. Several white towels for showering had black stains, not very hygienic I would say. The mattresses were as comfortable as asphalt. That is to say so hard that some of us had back pain the next morning. The workers walked so hard at night that I thought I was in a racing stadium.
