The customer service at the front desk during check in wasn’t good. But, the customer server at the breakfast and checkout was really good.
The room was really clean.

They had very nice breakfast with nice price.
The building was little old but clean to stay and the staff was so kind.
It was enough place to stay 2 days in Portland.

The facilities are old, and parking at the hotel is not free and costs 10 dollars a night.

It's great for what it is. It's surrounded by nice hotels that are better upkept however, if you need to be on a budget, this works just fine. No complaints!

The Inn was dirty, half the Inn is a low income housing and the other half is a Inn, the bathroom had grime on the edges of the sink and tiles. Never ever will
Stay or recommend again. The free breakfast was toast.

My shower was cold, there was no hot water. Room smelled musty and wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay considering the overall experience.

The room was real musty, mold on the window edge. Paid to stay there and then was charged for parking also. Hair on the sheets like they was not changed.
