The single-bed room is not big, just enough. The WiFi signal could be stronger. I stayed for 2 nights. Hotels in this place are really expensive. This place is slightly better, so I stayed for 2 nights. The price/performance ratio is not bad. Bar! What I want is that there is no smell in the room! ! !

This place is like a homeless encampment. There is overflowing trash everywhere, including the lobby. It’s sad and depressing and the neighborhood is totally sketchy. There was so much noise from other rooms that we couldn’t sleep. Ugh. Stay away!

Front desk woman left while we were trying to check in. She drove the van to the airport and was gone almost a half hour. She was mad that we used the breakfast room /lobby area to sit and have a snack She refused to check us in. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!

Went there on the 11th of August. The front office looked dirty and smelled musty. The woman at the front desk said my reservation was for the 12th. I was flying out on the morning of the 12th. Considering what the place looked like, I didn’t want to stay there anyway so I asked her to cancel the reservation. She said she would. A few days later, I was charged for the room. I called the front desk and the person I spoke to (Robert) said I was a no show. I called Choice customer service which settled the issue. Afterwards, I looked at the reviews on the Choice website and there was a litany of complaints about the cleanliness and management. Lesson learned—read the reviews before booking a hotel

Booked this room through Capital one travel for my GF and was paid for. When she tried to check the lady at the front desk insisted on full payment plus deposit. The room was already paid for! When she walked outside to talk to me on the phone the lady locked the door and left resulting in my gf having to get another room at 12midnight. What a scam. I wish I had read some of the reviews prior as this is their MOD by scamming people for more money on a regular basis.

The Manager Roger was a terrible and rude person. Another guest and I waited at the front desk around 7PM on 7/21, 2024, but no one was there. 15 minutes later, Roger came with a black face. It seems he had a bad night. I told him we had been waiting long time and he should at least leave a note, saying "We will be back soon." Instead of apologizing, he said, "if you are not happy, go somewhere else." I was shocked and told him "No." He then gave me back my credit card and driver's license and said, " I am not checking you in. That's it. I am cancelling your reservation." Can anyone imaging this could happen? Even before I left, He came back and told me the waiting was 13 minutes according to CCTV. I said even we waited for a short time, he should apologize, not getting angry and refuse to check in a guest because he complained. I hope Choice Hotel can review the video recording and take action. I also wonder if race is an issue since I am Asian American.

I made this reservation during the IT outage. 90 minutes later I tried to cancel it because flight was cancelled. The GM was very cold and refused a refund. When I called back to get his name, the lady phone was reluctant to give his name. I spent 2300 business nights in a hotel, Marriott, and recently made a pivot to choice brands of hotels. I have been treated like this before. I will never stay at a Quality Inn or any Choice brand of hotels.
