Location: Neighborhood somewhat run down. Difficult street parking. No valet requiring guests to find own on street parking. Rooms: Imagine if Ikea was to open a hotel. Room much smaller than pictures suggest. Value: Priced as a higher end property in Portland, but more of a 3 star experience. Service: Staff was kind and attentive. We had 5 nights in the sky loft room booked. Upon check-in staff was kind and helpful. The room was much smaller than expected and not as luxurious as expected. We spent one night and moved to the Ritz for the rest of our stay. The Ritz was about the same price.

Incredible experience! All of the staff did everything in their power to make our experience great! All staff greeted us every morning. Hotel experience is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Health and wellness oriented, with all the highest ingredients and amenities. Spa is worth every penny. All of the staff at the spa went above and beyond as well. Very knowledgeable. Felt like a whole new person after.

Fantastic experience! Room is wonderful, all the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood. And obviously, the Thermal Pools/Sauna are AMAZING. Such a wonderful relaxing escape! The Sauna area is so much larger than I was expecting.

I was staying in the studio which is decent in size, fully equipped with everything you might need and always clean. The bed is very comfortable and a lot of pillows choices. Everything is environmentally friendly which is a plus for me. The Alberta caffe serves good breakfast choices in the morning. The staff is very friendly and looking after your stay.

Great anniversary spot. Thermal springs and dinner in the restaurant. The staff was attentive and the experience was restorative The wagy steak and the fisherman stew were exceptional and soaking in thermal pools Ava sauna was a great way to relax

I was traveling with a friend and we had the most relaxing week. Cascada put so much thought into what someone needs or wants during their stay. The rooms have comfortable beds, fluffy pillows and healthy snacks for your late night craving of sweet or salty! We took advantage of all the services- thermal springs, facials and massages. I can’t put into words the feeling you get when you travel from pool to pool and at first dipping your toe into the cold plunge and by the end of our stay I was walking in ready to feel refreshed. You have to experience it for yourself because I can’t put it into words. We will definitely be going back soon!

In celebration of a friends birthday, we enjoyed a staycation that exceeded expectations and offered a unique vantage point of the city. The room (we stayed in the Sky Loft) was very accommodating and thoughtfully designed. The thermal springs offerings are plentiful, 3 hours offering enough to for us to chill and completely relax. The fitness center leaves nothing to be desired. The coffee available in the lobby is great! All the stars!

What a beautilf space to relax and rejuvenate your soul. Loved the spa, and the staff were wonderful and accommodating. A delicious restaurant onsite. And the fitness classes were a great additional to a holistic reset. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a night here.
