Loved our first stay so much that we went back. Great heated indoor pool for kids. Gym had modern equipment. Valet parking was $48 but was a good experience if you're willing to pay. For my second stay, the sheets made us itch a bit. The hotel said they were sold out the night before so they may have used some old sheets which were still clean but perhaps a bit dusty.

I have stayed here many times. The location is very good. It is very close to the MRT station and there is a shopping mall next to it.
The people at the counter are nice, and there is a restaurant on the first floor where you can buy hot food and coffee.
This time I was lucky enough to live on the top floor, but the top floor still smelled like sex.
The room is clean, the toilet is good, great hotel!

The room type booked this time is quite large, with a separate living room and bedroom. The bathroom is large but the equipment is slightly insufficient: the bathroom door cannot be fully closed, the water pressure is extremely small, and there is a lack of hooks. The whole is still comfortable, there are coffee shops, theaters and no Travellers in the nearby neighborhood, and it takes only 6 minutes to walk to the weekend farmer's market is a highlight, and overall it can still be considered.

The overall feeling is good, but it is a bit strange that there is no desk in the room, and the toilet seat in the bathroom is really bad and it moves. Also, children cannot use the swimming pool after 20:00.
The room is cozy, the bathroom is newly renovated, it comes with a bathtub, and it’s very clean which is important to a clean freak like me 😂 bed is comfy! Love the AC, definitely help a lot in summer.
Great location! Right in the heart of Portland, lots of restaurants nearby, very convenient.

It’s an old hotel…, in downtown.
It’s close to Apple store.., like 10-15 minutes walking.
Good room.., I got a Studio King suite.
No problems with the elevators..
Very good breakfast.. (tasty omelet).
There are some beggars sleeping (inhabiting) the sidewalks around the hotel.
I’d stay again..!!

Conveniently located at the heart of Portland. Charges $55 for parking even with hotel reservations. Wi-Fi cost money if you don’t sign up for Hilton honors program, not a problem since phone connection is good in downtown. Bathroom still had stains from prior guests….would not recommend to anyone.

A very comfortable hotel. It provides a free buffet breakfast. The breakfast is relatively rich in the United States. You can make your own waffles, including egg pancakes 🥞, bacon 🥓, fruits 🍉, oatmeal 🥣, etc. The three of us booked two Bedroom suites, each room has a bathroom, the overall feeling is very spacious and comfortable!
Parking at the hotel is relatively expensive, costing 45 US dollars a day. We parked across the road from the hotel entrance. It is a roadside parking lot and is free at night.

Great
JJackjackjackEverything was good except no pool. It said it had a pool online but actually there isn't one. Parking is also across the street, which is kind of annoying. Everything else was great. Close to OMSI.
LLINThe location is good, the parking lot is expensive, and there is a tip for the car boy. The hotel rooms are very artistic, the beds are comfortable, but the rooms are small.
GGuest UserThe hotel facility is good overall but the service is not as good as we expected. The hotel room was prepaid but Hyatt did not update their system to show it was paid. They go back and forth and finally trip.com had to call and clarify with them.
GGuest UserI booked a barrier-free double room for two nights. Overall, I feel that the hotel's hygiene, facilities, room size and beds are very good. It's a very good hotel. It would be better if the hotel's front desk service could be more enthusiastic. I will stay there next time if I have the opportunity. .
AAbdullah NurI think this hotel should consider to change their Stars on the online platform. Hyaat name is also confusing, it doesn’t represent Hyaat quality although. Breakfast has very limited food! Windows are not possible to open to get fresh air, due to security they say, but even a little bit opening possibility would give a lot confidence peope like me who desperately need it for the health reason!
GGuest UserI stay here often ! Everyone is so awesome from housekeepers to front desk and now meal service. Views are spectacular! Hillary comes to mind as an efficient helpful young lady. They are all
Awesome ! Take a walk on the wild side After all you are in Oregon. Cheers
JJoAnna McDonnellLet me start with cudos for Elizabeth at the front desk. I'd say she did everything in her control to make my stay excellent. GREAT customer service there. The van driver, however, made me feel unimportant. What????? We have to turn the van back around to return to the hotel to pick up a pilot? Even though you were late in picking me up and nearly making me late for my own connection? GACK!
I'd say the company puts a lot of money into the lobby and the exterior. Sadly, once you step off the elevator, everything is a little shabby, torn and run-down. Perfect to lure in the traveler who won't be coming back.
JJackjackjackThe room was super clean and no smells. Everything felt new and well maintained. For the price, it feels pretty unbeatable. Would definitely stay there again.
GGuest UserAmerican hotels do not provide disposable facilities, you need to bring your own. Breakfast is simple, with multiple breads and coffee. Parking is free but you need to tell the front desk and they will give you a parking card, and then put it in front of the windshield, otherwise the car will be towed away.
