A super Premier Inn that eptomised everything good about the chain. Brilliant welcome (All the best to the trainee starting on reception!) and a warm, comfortable room. Got the room right at the end, so super quiet. Really close to a Sainsbury's and adjacent restaurant, both good also. Decent rate too, so if I catch a good deal again, I'll stay more often!

I have used this hotel on several occasions. However maintenance doesn't seem high on the agenda. The main staircase has a dirty appearance, paint on the banisters rails and posts has worn out and is very grubby. Our room had a constant low droning noise which disturbed sleep. Hotel entrance is compromised by cigarette remains left by smokers using the adjacent pub.

We have stayed in Premier Inns all over the UK and always find them convenient and fairly priced for our type of travel requirements which usually involves a busy schedule of events away from the hotel facilities. For us, they are absolutely ideal for a value-for-money good nights sleep in spacious, clean rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable, and check-in staff were friendly and efficient. We only had one set of towels in the room, so had to request second set. We slept well and the hotel was quiet. The restaurant was very disappointing. Crispy potato skin starters where pale and insipid, and certainly not crispy. Worse tho, was breakfast the next morning. Crockery felt as though it had a residue of something over the surface. I suspect the dishwasher needed a thorough clean. The hot water dispenser was very dirty of the stainless steel front. The carpet near our table had remnants of the previous night's food still evident. Some items were running out early in the breakfast sitting. I would be happy to book a room for overnight accommodation again, but would think twice about booking for the restaurant.

Friendly staff with a quick check inn and the usual comfy bed but this is an older Premier Inn and rough around the edges. Plenty of parking and eateries of various sorts nearby. Approximately 25 minutes from Bristol Airport. We’d stay again

Decent location, only 5 minutes walk to the Marina and all the shops and restaurants there. Wifi wasn't working when I was there at all. Room standard PI, decent sized TV, nice bath, plenty hot water, quiet location.

Was booked into a room right by entrance on first floor asked to be moved further down the hall which they did oblige but during the process was told everyone complains about it so why put me in it… as a solo traveller I might have not complained. WiFi extremely poor and at times non existent. I had to ask to have a courtesy upgrade to the £5 super WiFi but that also was not working. Was told it was probably due lots of people using it. Seriously a business such as premier inn can’t afford to deliver what they advertise and improve their WiFi ?

Bed comfy but had stained duvet cover 🤢 WiFi was non existent Room had a weird smell Lady on service desk wasn’t from this premier inn so didn’t have a clue how to sort wifi but she did try and give voucher for a hotspot that didn’t work either…..

Very disgusted with this hotel and the management that works here. Requested a travel cot for my one year old whilst booking our room online and upon arrival was told after questioning reception that they had none. Management wouldn’t even show their face and left the receptionist to tell us. Absolutely no excuse for not telling us in advance before our arrival. Expecting my one year old to sleep on the bed is unacceptable especially with it being such a tall bed, what would have happened if they had fallen out and got seriously hurt?? This happened to a few families checking in that day not just me. Had to go out of our way to frantically purchase a travel cot last minute . Never booking here again.
