Lovely clean, spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The brewers fayre pub is right next door and had a large selection of food and drink at very reasonable prices. All round excellent value for money and

Friendly staff that couldn't have done anymore for us, as I was travelling with my partner this time who has to use a mobility scooter/or sticks. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable and even had extra pillow that was useful as my partner likes two when sleeping! my only minor moan they done away with supplying mugs and glasses so I cant as I normally do have a glass of water with my coffee.

Staff weren't knowledgeable. The staff were rude when an issue came up. We were Challenged by manager on what their version of events was. And didn't seem interested in replacing it. The customer was definitely wrong. That was me, the problem wasn't even close to being resolved. Wouldn't ever stay here again.

Booked one night, room requires a little updating, basically a little TLC. Free parking which is great. Breakfast was good, But sadly the noise of a fan (I presume) stopped unpacking from sleeping. Would stay again but would double check room location on arrival.

We have stayed in many premier inns and this room wasn’t up to the usual standard On arrival the bathroom wasn’t to a reasonable standard, Bath has several hairs in it as did wall and shower curtain (washed these away and used own cleaning materials) Bathroom grout has black mould in several places . Silicone at base of toilet near skirting is just minging , skirting boards either side of the door weren’t cleaned , Ceiling in bathroom needs stripping and painting properly. Staff very friendly and professional and corridors and reception were clean and as you would expect. The outside area especially by the pub doors broken ashtray and cigarette butts everywhere, extractor fans from the loos were blocked etc. it certainly didn’t make us want to go in and eat (as if it’s dirty like this front of house, what’s it like behind the scenes??) Oh and woken by gardener strimming outside the window at 8am Not a premier in we would stay in again.

Excellent services, cleanliness, comfort . As a Manager of 60 holiday homes all over Cornwall I was very impressed with the standard of the above and value for money. Will def book again before a flight. Lovely deep bath and constant hot water. Very relaxing
