"Right on the beach.
We booked a room for 3 of us. The room was spacious with all our big luggages. Also have a small kitchenette. Balcony view is amazing too.

"Clean and modern building. This apartment has a great lobby and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The units are also extremely clean and have a lot of closet space. The beach, restaurants and shopping center were all within a 10 minute walk from our apartment. I highly recommend it.
Just remember you don’t have the view of the ocean, but as I said the water is just around the corner from the building."

"The hotel is too far from the bus station, the road is sloped and the sidewalk is a bit crowded. The advantage is that it is a very cheap accommodation there. The door lock of the booked room was broken and could not be opened. I changed to a 3-person room. The room was large and clean."

"Clean and tidy. There is a large terrace near the sea, and the restaurant also has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view. The location is quite good. The service is warm and professional. The hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained and does not look old. The only drawback is that although there is a kettle on the table, I couldn't find a socket after searching around. In short, the cost performance is very high, and it is a comfortable and pleasant stay experience."

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with spacious rooms. We were on the first floor, so we had a partial sea view, but not a clear horizon. However, the staff is pleasant and the service impeccable. Very good stay!"

"Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!"

GGuest UserOnce called the Alvor Luna Bay when bedrooms seemed larger!!! Renamed and reshaped. Swishly refurbed as new. Now the main problem is the lack of storage in what seem smaller bedrooms despite voluminous balconies. Simply, storage is inadequate for two guests for longer than a week, maximum. Let me describe............ a small [4feet tall?] open metal wardrobe rail with five fixed point clothes hangers. Four or five open shelves beside this rail., one occupied by the rooms safe. In all other respects its fine. The staff good and plentiful and helpful. The location the best in town!

ZZitounaTrès bel hôtel dans un cadre très agréable, hôtel en rénovation. Petit havre de paix en retrait de la ville (le centre ville de portimao se trouve à environ 15min en voiture). Il vaut mieux être véhiculé pour y séjourner.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses, propres, modernes et la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Le personnel est agréable.
J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

MMbali ThusiThe hotel was okay to stay in but way too overpriced especially because they’re not really a five star hotel in my opinion. Simple amenities such as shampoo, bathrobes, slippers and lotion are not provided for a five star hotel. I didn’t get help from the Porter to take my bags etc. I like that it’s all inclusive and it’s so convenient to eat at the hotel however the food could have been fresher. The pools were amazing and the hotel is very close to the beach which is good. Getting around is a headache unless you hire a car, it would take me forever to get an Uber. Not the hotels fault obviously but just something to note. The hotel is so huge that the shared lift would take forever and unfortunately can’t choose which one to take as the lift chooses the floor automatically . While it was a good stay I don’t know if I would stay here again because of my expectations of an all inclusive 5star hotel. Also make sure to go watch the sunset by the beach, absolutely breathtaking.

Amazing staff at reception on arrival and at breakfast (such a wonderful lady who helped us with all our orders)
Lovely, clean, and fresh room.
**The only issue I have is the shower, its fine with the blind down and lights off but if you wasnt with a partner, it could be quite embarrassing

GGuest UserA truly great experience!! Room was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Well placed with a view of the Marina. The highlight of each morning of my 5 night stay was the Breakfast. Fantastic choice and everything well cooked and presented. The staff, particularly the trainees, were always friendly and obliging. I couldn't fault anything about the Breakfast at all. The situation of the Hotel was ideal for me but might not suit everyone as it was sited out of the Town. A beautiful beach was adjacent to the Hotel and even out of season there were a variety of Restaurants nearby. All staff, the Receptionists, Restaurant staff and Housekeeping were outstanding, always greeted me with a smile and very helpful.

CChrisFor the price, was decent, beds were slightly uncomfortable but bearable, toilet seat had marks on it, the shower kept filling the bathtub up, made for a slightly unpleasant shower, and the lightning in the room was slightly dimmer than I would like. Other than that, friendly and welcoming staff, good location
