We have never encountered better service than what we experienced at Villa Edera. Pietro and the other staff made our stay very special. We could always send messages or call the staff if there was anything we were wondering about. The rooms were nice and the villa is sheltered like a little paradise in Santa Flavia. We strongly recommend staying at Villa Edera if you are visiting the north coast of Sicily. We thought it was much nicer to live here rather than Cefalu and Palermo because the people were much nicer, there is great nature in the surrounding area and there are less tourists here :)

Conveniently located in Santa Flavia, average facilities with excellent service at reasonable price. The staff graciously picked up my daughter at the train station, and were very informative about venues for food and drinks in the village. Worth going back.

Villa Edera is a smart Guest House, situated near some good restaurants & bars. It is a 15 minute walk from Santa Flavia Train Station & is situated close to Solunto Roman Site. The room was spacious, quiet, clean & comfortable. A good Italian breakfast is included with excellent coffee & pastries. Much to recommend!

An improbable villa! Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms. Our room had a large private balcony. You can enjoy another huge shared terrace with chairs and deckchairs... there is a garden with nooks and crannies, everything is clean and maintained. Go up to see the panoramic view, room stocked with books and binoculars. Breakfast is royal, outside or inside depending on the weather. Common room with kitchen and fridge. The 2 brothers who own it give advice for visiting the region. Small beaches and nearby beaches. All this 30 km from Palermo... €72.50 for 2! INCREDIBLE + easy parking on the street

Bella struttura ricettiva con camera nella norma e bagno abbastanza spazioso e pulito, la camera dava su terrazzo con vista mare. Colazione discreta e sicuramente da migliorare servita in una stanza salotto con tutti i confort. Titolari gentili e disponibili nel dare consigli. Unica nota negativa la porta da sistemare in quanto chiudeva dovendo forzare, per il resto un bel posto dove alloggiare.
