Nous avions réservées avec ma maman 10 jours dans cet hôtel. Nous avions chacune notre lit et notre coin salle de bain. Nous ne sommes pas fans des activités de groupe et ne restions jamais à l'hôtel la journée. Néanmoins, le personnel est à l'écoute des clients et très poli. Notre chambre étant située loin de la piscine et des activités, nous avons pu nous reposer. Le petit déjeuner avec les oiseaux va nous manquer. La literie est très bonne et la salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Le parc est magnifique et très bien entretenu par les jardiniers. À mon sens il y a beaucoup trop de monde dans cet hôtel côté clientèle pour nous qui sommes un peu ”sauvages” mais c'est un très beau site. J'oubliais... les menus sont variés et même si, compte tenu du grand nombre de personnes à nourrir, cela fait un peu cantine, c'était tout de même bon. Je n'hésiterais pas à louer de nouveau dans cet hôtel si je revenais dans cette partie de la Corse. Une pensée pour le Monsieur du petit-déjeuner qui nous demandait tous les matins comment nous allions 🙏

Quite clean and neat. Modern concrete hotel, large rooms each with a balcony. Each room had a kitchenette - so I think this was designed more as an apparthotel set up. Some noise at night till 1am - nightclub across the field opposite. Very anonymous corridors, few lifts. Good pool. 10 minutes walk to beach, restaurants etc - but not an easy walk, some of the hotel's path lights were out, bushes growing into the path, there was not a continuous pavement, and cars parked in the drive (where it clearly said No Parking). Breakfast good, even at 0630. We did not have evening meals there - too late in the season? Staff friendly

We had a very nice stay here! From the room quality with an amazing sea view, a very beautiful complete breakfast, everything is perfect to fulfill your experience! We also tried both restaurants, the meAl are delicious and are made with high quality ingredients!! Don’t forget to try all the desserts and also the cocktails front of the sunset in the beautiful garden!! It was our first time in Corsica, and nit the last for sure!! Sofitel see you soon!!

Stayed one night. Conveniently located and reasonably quiet. The room was located on the second floor, but after getting off the elevator one had to walk down seven steps on a narrow winding staircase - very inconvenient with luggage. The room was very small but clean and nicely decorated. No electric kettle. Comfortable bed and pillows. Small desk area with enough power outlets. Bathroom with very small shower cabin. Good water pressure but absolutely zero shelf space in the shower - had to put toiletries, comb, etc on the floor. The shower floor was also quite slippery. Decent wifi. Breakfast with reasonable selection.

The Mercure hotel has a great location. It is 10 min drive from Ajaccio Airport. It has a 24×7 store (Proxi), petrol station, eateries (breakfast, Crêpes, pizzas) right next to it. The parking in the hotel is chargeable (12 eur per night). The receptionists are very cordial, they provide all the info and extend every possible help. The rooms are clean and have enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kids slept on a sofa bed and it was already set-up and was comfy. The bathroom has shower, hand shower and the toilet has a water jet (first time I saw one in Europe). The pool is small but you can spend an evening sitting around it. The only thing that doesn't work but that's true for all of Ajaccio (nothing to do with Mercure) is that you will need to drive 2-3 hours to get to interesting sights in Corsica. Piana Calanques are ~2hrs away, Calvi is ~2.5 hrs away, Polambaggia beach is ~3 hrs away and Bonifacio again ~3 hrs away.
