Premier Inn Porthmadog

Would not return. If you go out for the evening it's impossible to park your car at the hotel on your return. The car park is totally inadequate for the hotel size.

Premier Inn. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel just need to speed up the evening meal service. Meal deal great value for money & a variety of choices to have. All in all a great stay. Second Premier Inn of the holiday. Excellent location for Portmeirion

I booked this hotel because its location would mean just having to cross the road for an early start at the station on the first morning. We enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast, The view from our bedroom window of an osprey hunting for fish was a fantastic bonus!

An annual visit for the Snowdonian railway trip and hotel is a 10-minute walk to and from the station

Good location breakfast ok our room was a bit dated. We requested the room to be cleaned ended up having g to make the bed ourselves

I 2 family rooms and they was no where near each other the staff said they are unable to move room then the bar staff said they could we payed for the meal deal and was told it was any drink and also any food and when it came to paying we was told by another member of staff that was not the case when booking into our room we was made aware that we possibly wasn’t going to get a table till 8pm which is mad also only 30% of the food menu was available due to running out the whole stay was an absolute joke from start to finish. Even a local couple from the town said it’s always like it and advise people not to stay here.

We were staying at the haven down the road, We decided to come here for an evening meal to celebrate a family members birthday there were 16 of us. We arrived and welcomed by Ffion, she showed us to the table which was set up perfectly. The food was fantastic nice and hot and without delay or waiting a long time. Then our waitress and waiter Corina & Will looked after us throughout getting colouring packs for the kids and topping up out drinks. We had a great time there and just want to say thank you to all the team (including the chefs) if you really this thank you!

Was staying at havan y mor caravan site. Decided to eat off camp and came here. There were 17 in total of us. We reserved our table the day before and when we arrived we were shown to our table straight away. All courses came out nice and hot. No waiting time at all. Karena and will and ffion were very very attentive at all times. Karena especially wowed us. She was so good with the kids. Giving them crayons, papers, puzzles and just overall having a good laugh, which all the kids enjoyed. Food was delicious. Would definitely visit again if we were in the area.
