Marcus Hotel Portrush, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I would be interested to see the answer given to my question as it concerns not just the Marcus but also other like minded establishments in the portrush area . My family went into the Marcus recently with the view to take drinks and light snacks, there were several seats available so they sat , only to be told by a member of staff that those seats were for residents. So my question is who will use this establishment in the winter season , because it won’t be day trippers and with that policy it won’t be the locals either, I eagerly await your reply

I came here as a party of 6 for my 40th birthday. The food was beautiful and the staff Alex, Morgan and emilijia were so attentive with Rebecca going the extra mile to make it special. The cocktails where lovely especially the orra margarita. I will definitely return and would 100% recommend.

Great new spot to stay and explore the North Coast from. The decor is very nice, with the rooms well laid out and very modern. Really liked the tiles in the bathroom. Staff were friendly. The restaurant was nice (will do a separate review). Location wise it is spot on - right on Main Street with amusements, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The one downside is the parking - that’s not really the hotels fault tho. We were fortunate to get parked on Kerr Street, short walk to the hotel from there. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes.

We had a wonderful meal at The Marcus Portrush. The food was delicious and made specifically to our personal taste. However, the outstanding customer service from Chloe and Marcus really made our evening special. They were exceptional, ensuring that we received the best service possible. They made our wedding anniversary extra special. Thank you ☺️

The Marcus Restaurant was an experience you must try! We were served by Reece, who had an exceptional knowledge of all the food and drinks on the menu. He is an absolute credit. I have never tasted flavours like this before. You must try the dumplings. The sauce is bursting with flavour. Thanks to Reece and the team for a fantastic experience. We can't wait to come back!

The restaurant has a great layout, and there is a nice buzz. The menu selection was good and food was very good, but service was really great. We were served by Nadia who was attentive without being too present - really did a fantastic job. Rachel is the host and she was excellent. Very welcoming and knowledgeable and also keenly keeping an eye on every table. An excellent experience for us.
