Room was comfortable, tv, fridge, coffee making facilities ,,, hotel staff friendly and efficient,,used hotel parking 7 euros per day, great buffet breakfast , only fault was extremely noisy neighbours,,, waking me up every night,,, obviously that’s not hotel’s fault

Marina portals is in a great location when you visit portals nous I always come and stay at this hotel because the facilities are excellent. The rooms are lovely and clean and the food is amazing. This is a regular visit for me and I always choose to stay here, the staff are very welcoming friendly but most of all I love the food

We spent a week at the hotel, and it was bright, clean and peaceful (there were no package travelers here). The price-quality ratio was good. The breakfast was excellent and there was a lot of choice, especially plenty of fruit. The swimming pool was small, but the area was clean and peaceful and no one reserved sunbeds for nothing. It was good that the free pool towel could be changed if necessary. The gym was clean, air-conditioned and large enough, and the equipment was modern. The family room worked perfectly for three (even four) adults, everyone had their own bed. When the room had to be handed over at 12:00, we could use the services of the swimming pool until our departure. We also got to use the hotel's two excellently equipped large dressing rooms with showers for free. There were challenges with the air conditioning, the device didn't always work. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the hotel. It was a short distance to the buses, as well as to the beach. There were several high-quality restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby. I recommend the hotel!

Residential flats overlooking pool and balcony, pool very small and dark, booked better room but was told all rooms the same when we questioned this, Bar and drinks ok, food ok, clean. Would try a different hotel if we stayed again Pics online are cleverly taken

We had an absolutely fantastic time, would definitely go back and highly recommend it, can’t fault it at all. Fantastic food, everyday there was something different, great quality. Lovely staff who are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were super clean, nice balcony, great air con. The furnishings throughout the hotel are stunning, the interior design is awesome. Plenty of sun beds all day, no nonsense of people securing beds. Nice pool side bar offering great food, simple but very nice. The whole hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere, the pool side is quiet with people just enjoying the sun. Same at breakfast and dinner, very nice atmosphere. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and there are a couple lovely beach bars. Great spa and the gym too, equipment looks brand new. Portals Nous is a great little town, 20 min bus ride to Palma and there is a car hire place outside the hotel who offer residents a discount, highly recommend getting a car and heading out for the day, we did the mountain route to Sóller and back which was stunning. We booked our hotel stay directly through the hotel website as it was cheaper than holiday sites and also received spa access and a free drink on arrival Thanks Marina Portals Nous for a great stay

Lost count of how many stays at this place, always improving each time . Friendly staff, recently updated reception area, new refurbished pools and surrounding areas. Top tip book direct with hotel!! We will be back again next year to enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere, great selection of breakfast and evening meal choices, clean rooms with good location to marina, bus links and more!

Another lovely long weekend stay at the hotel . The hotel is lovely and great value for money. In a good location from the Port with little shops and restaurants close by . The pool has been renovated and looks good , the only issue is the pool bars close too early an other people have also mentioned . There is nothing better than a drink as the sun is going down but this is not the case . The breakfast is good quality and a varied choice , altogether a nice standard hotel .

Have stayed here several times over the past 5 years at different times of the year and its always been superb. The location is quiet yet only a 5 minute walk from the busy marina. A lot of the hotel has been upgraded since we stayed here last year - including a completely new pool and sunbed area. The heated indoor pool means that even on the off chance that the weather isn't great you can still have a swim. The breakfast is great - super choice of food for all. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoy staying here. Will definitely be back again
