This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.
But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK.

Interior design is amazing, the staff is very attentive, friendly and sincere. Breakfast was great. The rooms have fun themed options to choose from, and they were very clean. Loved the sauna at the spa, where you can throw water on the sauna stones and the beach is close enough to go for a swim before the sauna. Great experience.

It was a wonderful stay - unbelievable nice bay and sand - cool bar - perfect views - very friendly stuff - especially Pepi from the reception desk was very accommodating - we will for shure come back to this beautiful place. Best regards Tobias Renz

I was more then 1 month in this very nice Hotel. I can’t saying anything bad about the Hotel, Staff and place. Always very friendly and professional Staff, very clean and a stunning view from the Hotelroom. To be honestly I miss the complete team before I left. 10/10

We fled here because another nearby hotel was so unpleasant that we decided to cut our stay short. At The Donna Portals, we were received with exceptional courtesy and warmth, and we felt especially comfortable throughout our entire stay. Everyone was particularly friendly and professional. The room was very quiet and spacious. The food was excellent, the spa is beautiful, and everything is very clean. We would return at any time.

The views and the room were amazing! The hotel has a unique location in a beautiful area of Mallorca. The service was excellent all around the hotel, the staff was very welcoming and hospitable. We had an unforgettable stay to celebrate our anniversary!

Our experience was great. Marc was extremely helpful right from the start, providing us with an easy check in and amazing local recommendations. The room was spotless and the service impeccable, with staff making sure we had what we needed at every opportunity. The proximity to Palma is great, close enough to enjoy a night out in the city and far enough for a peaceful beach vacation. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends interested in visiting Mallorca.

This is definitely not a five star hotel. The amenities and service are too inconsistent for that kind of rating, four star, yes, five no. The staff tries and some succeed. A shout out to Max at the front desk, the massage therapist, Noi (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) and Bartek at the pool bar. But housekeeping sorely lacks in consistency and responsiveness.
