This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.
But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK.

Super hotel with a great location 20 mins outside of palma nested in beautiful bay with access to great beaches (one next to the hotel). The design of the hotel is impressive (rooftop pool, ocean front restaurant, amazing spa room) and so is the staff very friendly and professional. Great place to be in and out of Palma with direct access to a great beach and resort….

My wife and I visited here as the last stop of our 20 day European vacation. When we arrived we were received by Pepi, she was so warm, friendly and welcoming. We were offered drinks and a snack on their lobby balcony while Pepi finished checking us in. She ran all the necessary information by us and made sure all of our questions were answered. Once we finished our drinks, Pepi led us to our room and walked us in and showed us how everything worked. She was amazing. The view from our room was unbelievably beautiful. We had the 9th floor panorama view. The room was perfectly clean and the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only thing I wish could have been corrected was that I only booked 2 nights and not an entire week. Mallorca is now on our must revisit list, and when we do, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a true Jam! We were a party of 7 family members (including young kids) and occupied 3 rooms. The hotel is located at a beautiful spot, looking over an amazing small bay. The Roms were decorated neatly and were wide and roomy. The hotel and facilities are clean and well maintained. The hotel team were super nice, responsive and helpful. The breakfast was very good, variety of foods, great service and in general exactly what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The SPA was an amazing experience on its own and is highly recommended! On top of all the above - the hotel is decorated with lovely pop art works of art. Feel like living in an art Galley. We loved it! To summarize - we look forward to our next stay at the Donna Portals. We highly recommend it!

Amazing!! As soon as you walk in the service is incredible. Super nice and very helpful with any questions. The room was impeccable. We got a room with the most amazing view. Everything was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel. Ask for Pepi she’s the best.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Beautifully and expensively appointed, stunning views and a great location for access to Puerto Portals. The staff around the resort are consistently fabulous with nothing too much trouble. Francisco, Michel and Daniel plus the shuttle drivers were all so helpful and attentive - thank you ☺️ The only minor grumble was the inconsistency of A La Carte breakfast items. On several days we had our order delivered incorrectly (despite ordering the same thing every day!) but all was resolved quickly. The cold buffet breakfast selection was excellent. A lovely stay and we will definitely return.

The location is great and so are the staff. It’s close to great restaurants, Palma, Valldemosa and Sóller. Shout out to Carolina for being amazing! We’ll definitely be back. Hopefully next year and the year after and the year after that. 👋👋

booked with sea view and paid quit alot for it, but thats not a sea view. behind some tree and looking in to a wall. very good staff and nice pool area if you pay that amount of fee per night you expext five star room nice near the beach and very good soroundings
