Didn’t let us check in when we got there. Very adamant about the 4 o’clock check in. Wasted $50 in left over seafood because we couldn’t check in nor had a refrigerator to put our left over food in

The room was cold like i enjoy. They answered text and issues quick. Jacuzzi was cold though and that we wanted hot. It filtered because resorts we stay at are nasty and don't filter.

Horrible stay and room was wet and switched rooms left my daughters asthma medicine, then tried to go back to get it but staff threw it away, no designated smoking areas

The room was dingy and not clean. The bathroom was not clean and the faucet in the shower dripped. Will not be staying at another holiday inn anytime soon.

The staff was nice and accommodating since my first room smelled like cat urine. I was moved to a different room with clogged sink. It was so late, I decided to stay in the room. The nice lady at the front desk gave me and my little one complimentary breakfast for our troubles. But the hotel itself is disgusting and dirty. Only nice thing was the pool and breakfast was good.

Not the best experience. Room was not the cleanist i have stayed in. Curtain would not close (broken and frayed materiel). Informed the desk and they said they would send someone to repair but they never did during the 2 days before i checked out. Room looked very used with sopts on the couch. Also check in was lengthy even though i did the precheck. Front dest had no idea with the costs i prebooked through ******* were. Right now there is still an extra $130 on my card that has not been removed?? Will probably have to dispute with AMX.

I know that the facility was about to go through renovations but that said, the tub didn’t drain, th smell though out was one of dank and mold. The room was never restocked between nights. I didn’t have the time to voice my concerns to the desk although other guest had complained as I was leaving.
