Booking on line about 35 bucks cheaper. Requested a room that is not pet friendly and got it. Really pleased with that. Also got the handicapped room which I didn't need but it was great! Huge bathroom, soaps and shampoo/conditioner mounted on the walls. I had my own but thought it was a nice touch. Great breakfast, made my very own Belgium waffle. Fresh lemon water, coffee and teas available. Comfy bed, easy check in, great staff. I visit Port St. Joe often and Mainstays is my Go To. I'll be back soon.

Mediocre. A bit dirty. Bathtub had little hairs in it. Carpet was damp as well as the towels. When I walked in the heat was basically on and it was humid in the room. Good note the bed was comfortable. Hotel is outdated but was convenient for what I needed.

I was on a trip with my three teenage boys. The hotel stay was very nice and convenient to everywhere we went. No complaints!

It was close to our friend’s place. Quiet and safe. The staff were very friendly. Could use an update in the decor and a little upgrade on the breakfast choices to make it Excellent in my rating.

Hotel is showing wear and tear. Needs to be recarpeted. Trim work needs to be painted around the elevator. The breakfast eggs were a joke they looked like fake eggs. The gravy and biscuits were good.. The shower was nuce abd ckean and good pressure with nuce warm water.. The bed was very comfortable

Worst stay ever
Unfortunately, this is one of the worst things we’ve had in a long long time. Besides it being the Handicap accessories room, it surprised us even more.
The main king bed was broken to the point that we noticed it when we started getting headed aches that the head of the bed was down farther then your feet.
Also there was a terrible water smell to the point that it made you wonder about a mold problem. That is being reported to the local code enforcement division to prevent a major mold problem.
Last of this disastrous situation, the hotel manager decided to perform a fire alarm test at 15 minutes before checkout time. They did not notify us by phone, it was broken, nor by knocking on the doors of the people with children especially or did they put a notice under the door as they claimed too!
At this point we decided to contact all that are associated with this property. Legal and business matters.
