Booking on line about 35 bucks cheaper. Requested a room that is not pet friendly and got it. Really pleased with that. Also got the handicapped room which I didn't need but it was great! Huge bathroom, soaps and shampoo/conditioner mounted on the walls. I had my own but thought it was a nice touch. Great breakfast, made my very own Belgium waffle. Fresh lemon water, coffee and teas available. Comfy bed, easy check in, great staff. I visit Port St. Joe often and Mainstays is my Go To. I'll be back soon.

Great place to stay! Decided to take a random trip and this place was almost perfect. Great price for a 2 night stay. Very quiet, low key family atmosphere. Nice size room with a small kitchen. Nice friendly staff. Just a short trip back to port st Joe and Mexico beach. I would recommend and I would definitely stay again!

The staff made this the best getaway ever! They were so friendly and even let me make waffles for my sons after I didn't realize the weekday breakfast hours were different than weekends and showed up late! They have warm cookies, juice and coffee in the lobby 24-7, computers readily on and available, and they were constantly cleaning the lobby area! The rooms were nice and clean, although big water spots on the ceiling showed the age of the property and tons of dead bugs on the little balcony were not my favorite. The hotel was experiencing elevator and water issues, but they left notes under our doors to inform us of the times of the inconveniences, and it was not a problem. The little kitchen was fully stocked with silverware, dishes, pots and pans so we were able to cook/eat food that we brought in our room. The ice makers worked on every floor and they even had recycling bins in with them! The pool is small, but refreshing and they have clean towels outside for your use. I would definitely stay again. :-)

Weekend Getaway The young lady at check in was very courteous! The room was clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary cookies!! The lemon water was nice also, but those cookies were delicious!

Tv didn’t work. There was used coffee filter left in the room with mold in it. Staff was very nice and other than that it was ok.
