This Hotel was only 1 month old when I went. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. They said that WiFi was not Free and I was charged $6.99 which was not on their site. I was also charged a deposit fee of $50 which was also not on their site. The room looked clean and modern but, found a dead roach on the edge of the microwave and a live one. A table was greasy from someone's old food. My son went to throw out our garbage from our lunch and was told to throw it in a dumpster at the end of the parking lot, when it was about to storm outside. The noise from the other rooms made it hard to sleep, because of no carpet. You could hear ever step. Especially from upstairs. I'm sorry but, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The room was clean and updated and beds were comfortable. The blinds were new and stylish but did absolutely nothing to stop the light from coming in especially when room window is facing a bright outside light.
Not the hotels fault but dogs barking, kids running and screaming in halls late at night, people super noisy at 3:00am and to top it off with a stranger banging on my door at 4:00am. Not likely to chance staying there again!

This is a brand new hotel. However, they had one guy checking people in. Check in was 3:00. It took us an hour to check in. The check-in line wound around the lobby.
They have no ice machines & no ice buckets. There is no breakfast. Coffee in the lobby.

Very clean, no bugs,most staff pleasant. Very NOISY,walls are paper thin,doors are heavy with metal latches that make a terrible loud noise when open or closed. Large dogs barking, howling @ all hours. People openly smoking pot in the parking lot . It is in a good area with food, drinks & shopping close.

Went to check the room as soon as I got the key, as I always do before bringing my stuff in. Looked like they swept the floor into the hallway in front of the door. The freezer was full of ice. Looks like they purchased refrigerators with freezers that aren't frost free or mine doesn't work. Keep in mind this place has been open only about 2 months. They sent a cleaner in to get the ice out of the freezer and she chipped it off all over the floor and with "an attitude". Cleaned the floor up also outside the door. Stayed there 4 nights and the last 2 nights the ice machine(only 1 in the building) was broken. The floors in my rooms had crumbs under the bed and in the corners of the room. They don't provide hand towels either. Wash clothes and Bath towels only??? I was told it was an "extended stay" Needless to say I wasn't too impressed with the place nor the workers there.

Tasha the General Manager was amazing, very polite and courteous. The entire staff was. She is just the only name that I know of. The entire check in process was smooth. Room was very clean and the A/C was to my liking which is important in FL! Only complaint would be the noisy neighbors up stairs at 1:00am , but kids will be kids…. That is no fault of the hotel, and they were quick to call and tell them to keep it down, and I didn’t hear anything else after that. Definitely plan to stay again. Thank you
