My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Hyatt. The service, amenities, and view were amazing. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the check-in and check-out services was quick as well as room service.

My parents had a lovely stay here. The staff offered complimentary drinks for my mum as it was her birthday. The hotel was gorgeous and the service was great

The location is perfect, after or befor sunset and sunrise, we could see excellent landscpe. If you have an energy, you can go to the center by foot and could look the local's life. Specially, the pool is excellent.

Lovely staff, good food, but expensive for rooms that were run down. Just a very souless place to stay. Came to clean out room about 5.30 when we were showering, one tea bag, 2 creamers! Not great.

Really nice hotel with, on the whole, great staff. Nice facilities although the pool deck needs some additional lounger covers and it would be nice if the bar served healthy food instead of the default burgers and deep fried stuff.

I love the hospitality housekeeping was very accommodating especially Camille who was simply delightful.Thanks to all who made our vacay...much more enjoyable...room service porter front desk demonstrate utmost professionalism...see you on our next trip..

Staff was nice and the hotel was pretty much clean. One of my pillows did have a slight stale kind of smell and I do wish the room came with a microwave. However everything else was ok. I would stay there again.

Dining area and service was excellent. Front desk staff polite and friendly. Room design and decor was excellent but room had musty smell on 20th floor and windows frosty so view of bay was impeded. However it is still a 5 star facility

Everytime i walked in my room.it smells like someone did #2 before i get there. I couldn't see anything from my window because it need cleaning.

My stay at the Hyatt in Port of Spain was horrible from the first moment we arrived and got worse by the minute: Took an hour and a half standing in a short line to check in- took them 30 minutes or more to check one person in. The carpet in the room was stained everywhere and looked disgusting. The service at the restaurant was non existent. Arrived at 8pm and was seated.. no one served us, we had to keep going and asking for help. Did not receive food until after 11pm! Found bugs in the room and Spock with front desk who said they would get back to us but of course no one did. Went out one day and returned to see our patio furniture was removed so we were not able to sit on the patio. Had to approach front desk several times to ask for the furniture back. It did arrive the next afternoon without any explanation or apology. No one ever check on us when we were at the restaurant and it wasn’t even busy. Had to ask several times to receive assistance. I am totally disappointed and embarrassed by the way this hotel is being run. Staff need to be trained on Customer Service!!!

I didn’t get the room I booked they give us double beds instead of king . Check in was almost 2 hours
