Great villa in an excellent locations near the Koala centre and the beach/cafes. Easy parking in a secure garage. Very spacious and beautiful layout, comfy bed and room. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
Suggestion: the property should send after hours access details regardless of guest arrival time. We were unexpectedly delayed and missed the narrow 2-5pm checkin window and were unaware that we had to notify the property ahead of time. It resulted in a very stressful hour of us not knowing if we’d be able to access our villa or if we had to book a night elsewhere. We eventually received a code via text but would’ve made sense to have received this automatically when we hadn’t checked in by 5pm.

The hotel front desk is basically closed. The key is obtained from the password box at the door, and the key is also returned to a box at the door. The car is parked in the garage of the house, free of charge. The hotel is a wooden structure. Stayed for one night, the room was small and the toilet was average. The key point is that the shower only has an overhead shower head and no handheld shower head. The kitchen facilities are okay. There were no disposable items, only bath towels, but the bath towels looked dirty. Didn't dare use it.

The room is nice, looks like a small villa, and is clean. The washing machine is placed next to the garage, and I get five or six mosquito bites every time I wash clothes.

The price/performance ratio is relatively high, the house is large, the facilities are average. There is no central air conditioning, but there is a kitchen for simple cooking. Check-in was easy and efficient, and the location was great.
