Everything was excellent except the bathroom facilities had issues maintaining the shower temperature and the basin mixer was spraying water onto the bench when turned on.

The environment is super nice and peaceful. My kids have much fun in the swimming pool. And the food in hotel restaurant is yummy! Definitely will come again!

Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. However the photos of the bathroom were misleading - the shower and toilet look spacious but were narrow in reality My father was has a walker and there wasn't enough room for him to walk to the toilet. There were no shower rails for support (they were actually towel rails). So the place is not really disability friendly (though staff did provide shower chair). The mattresses were also extremely soft - making it difficult to get out of bed.

Everything was very good. Bed was little bit soft for my test but was perfect for my husband.

The location is excellent, close to the port, the hotel has on-site parking for 15 Australian dollars per day, there is a McDonald's and a supermarket across the road, the hygiene conditions are OK, and it is very quiet to sleep at night.

The room is clean, tidy and spacious, with complete facilities. The surrounding environment is beautiful. The front desk service is enthusiastic and provides taxi service. However, the breakfast variety is too simple. It is worth recommending.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel, and it is a good choice for family trips. There are 3 beds in the room, which is more cost-effective! The hotel is by the lake and has swimming pool facilities. The room is standard, and the hardware and service are average.

Suitable for self-driving. The scenery around the hotel is nice. There is the light house.

The room is very clean. I recommend it first when visiting Port Macquarie👍. It is the first choice for families and a hotel that I always book repeatedly👍

I drove here and passed by. The service was very friendly. The surrounding environment was good. It was also close to the Koala Hospital. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and it kept raining. I didn't go to the beach.
