A beautiful property, where elegance and sobriety shine through in every detail. The dining room in the main building is the perfect blend of contemporary design and respect for a centuries-old building. We were greeted with an excellent welcome by a wonderful staff member, probably Italian, who looked after us exquisitely.

We sat for 30 minutes in the restaurant watching the waiters serve everyone else and eventually when I complained we were served water. It took over 1 hour for the food to arrive. The waiters looked at us but just ignored us. Very poor service. Poor shower in the bathroom.

We stumbled upon relais Germigney by chance - and I'm glad we did. We loved the large family loft, we indulged ourselves in the excellent spa, and enjoyed the food served at breakfast. For dinner, we enjoyed much more the low key bistro, than the fine dining restaurant.

If you are on the way down to southern France or back from there make a stopover for 1 or 2 nights at this charming castle; its a real lovely place and the region is a must know.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stopover in this beautiful chateau hotel. Old the beaten track but superb quality and great facilities. Will be back and definitely recommend to orhers.

Amazing property. We had a delightful two night stay. The only negative was the breakfast, which it is overpriced and you better wake up early or you risk not being even seen by the limited and overly busy attending personnel. The second day we sat at our table for more than 30 min unacknowledged. At that point we left and had breakfast at the local boulangerie.

Phenomenal place for a couple to stay in the Jura region. Romantic country chateau in a French village. Rooms are modern, spacious, large beds, and sleek bathrooms. Looked like there was a nice spa though we did not use its services. The restaurant was outstanding and we had a six course gourmet meal. The town itself is very pleasant with a winery and some hiking trails in the hills nearby. You'll probably need a car to get around.
