I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was very spacious for triple sharing. The toilet was clean which was a top priority for me. The staff were courteous and friendly. The only downside was the road works that was being carried out outside the hotel. In spite of that I would recommend this hotel. Will come the next time and try out their breakfast buffet. And yes, they have a few pubs below the hotel where I caught up with premiere league matches. That was the cherry on the cake!

The location is strategic. Just a walk away from a mall. Room is just nice. It has all the basic amenities you need including a fridge. Glass water bottle is provided which means you have to go to the lobby to refill the bottle if you need more plain water. If you have too many things to carry, avoid check-in after 10 p.m. as the elevator at the basement doesn’t function after 10. I had to walk from basement with all my stuff and went to the reception desk. Maybe the management can consider to have elevator at the basement operated 24/7. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The bed and pillows are comfy. The water pressure is great. It’s near to the wedding place (Rumah Abang Jamil Klang). Thanks for the hospitality 😊

i have stayed here for 5 times. 4th times booking with trip.my for 2 days then i extend one more day at counter. my 4th booking a bit disappointed. aircond not functioning well. already set 16°c full day until morning but still hot. on the next day i go out at 12pm & ask staff to make room service while im go out but that staff (maybe new staff) refuse with reason we need to ask for room service at 9am.***???did he think this is my 1st time staying at hotel??? soo i ask to change room & another staff say ok. but when i return, they give the same room but they already done room service. 1 thing i really disappointed, they said aircond are okay. better avoid room nbr 11 until some improvement 🥴✌️... another room soo far good
