We checked into a jacuzzi room. You can tell the property has been trying to upgrade with new furniture and flooring but the smell of mold was overwhelming and we found that it was covering one of the walls. The staff was able to switch us to a new room which was definitely better but still had some cleanliness issues. The positives of the stay were that the staff helped immediately and the beds were comfy.

First of all, we appreciate that we were let in earlier than 3:00 pm. The mattress was good quality. However the shower place was tiny, the toilet wasn’t clean, there was no place to put the soap or towels. There wa no coffee machine or hair dryer in the room.

Had a little trouble checking in. We had pre checked in on line and given a room number. When we arrived there seemed to be no record of it at the front desk.

Trash along walkway to room had me a bit nervous about what’s inside but clean and comfortable. Little more decor on walls would make it a bit more inviting. I’d visit again. Staff above and beyond. Very friendly.

Poor maintenance
Floors were so dirty our socks were black, we had to wear our shoes. Bathroom walls and shower were dirty. Cleaning staff was seen and heard arguing/ swearing with other staff or boyfriend near the office.

Run down. One lock on door , floors had literal bugs under
Bench. The faucet tonthe tub literally came out of the tub. Worst hotel stay if my life. Wont sleep a wink here and can not wait to leave. Not sure how this property is even open.
