The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The noise level was terrible, I heard people say that they loved staying there because they let the kids run. There were hockey teams with probably 10 to 15 year olds. They ran the hallways till 1 am on friday night. Saturday night the same. The kids were allowed to have ice and water fights in the halls. Where was the parent supervision.Took many phone calls to the front desk, for something to be done. On sunday seen kids using sheets to get from the first floor windows up to the second floor windows. The breakfast was ok, except they always seemed to be low on the food. I was in Port Hardy for a funeral, not a party. I had asked the manager to call me, a week later, still no response. The best stay.

So clean, comfortable and quiet. Good bed, firm but comfortable, could use a second pillow. Great aboriginal artworks throughout and a book that tells you all about the artists. I wish these booklets were for sale. The staff were quick to help in any way possible. If you are in Port Hardy I would recommend you stay here.

I felt like an important guest. Like royalty. From the moment I was greeted in the lobby and throughout my stay, I was impressed with the peaceful feel of this place and how beautifully designed everything was. It was very clean too, the bed was soooo comfortable, the room felt elegant. I didn't have a chance to visit the restaurant in the hotel, but I wish I could've had more time to eat there because reading the menu made my mouth water.
