"It is very close to the airport, only a few hundred meters away, and it takes a few minutes to drive there. The independent courtyard is safer. The room itself is quite warm, with complete hardware and software, and drinking water, milk and snacks are also prepared. The price is cheap, and it is more suitable for a transit overnight."

"I got a room with a separate outdoor outdoor and a bathroom with a separate bath and a shower cabin. Very clean, friendly staff. For me, a very modest breakfast was and the owners could offer a little more on the table."

"This is a very recommended hotel, the environment is very beautiful, the health is very clean, the bedroom provides a microwave oven and a small refrigerator, the furniture is old-fashioned, so the indoor air should be opened, the parking space in the yard is enough, and the wall is separated by the KFC store. If you are looking for a nice pool and quiet and safe homestay, come here."

GGenieBWow I must say we were warmly greeted at the door and treated so very kindly. Nomi who was absolutely cheerful and kind to us. She was definitely one of the best parts of our stay. Walking into the beautiful garden filled with the aroma of different scents of roses. The room was so immaculate and the location is perfect. Thanks for allowing us to have such a wonderful stay.

EEddieBA Pleasant Stay at Carslogie House, Port Elizabeth
We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the gentleman on duty, who was friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease after a long drive. Our room was spacious, clean, and overlooked the pool, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. All the facilities were excellent, and we appreciated being able to safely park our rental car inside the property.
Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with a good variety of options and a thoughtful vegetarian choice for me. The setting was calm and comfortable, perfect for starting the day.
The only issue we experienced was during breakfast service, where the staff seemed more focused on the larger groups and overlooked us for quite some time. We eventually had to go to the kitchen to place our order. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did stand out given how excellent everything else was.
Overall, we had a very good stay at Carslogie House. The accommodation, location, and overall hospitality were all great.

PPaetzoldWe have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

Our room was right outside the staircase and elevator and got very noisy from 5AM with employees moving equipment around. I suggest asking for a room further away so that you can get better sleep. Otherwise, a nice, hassle free stay 😊

GGuest UserIt's a 5 minutes walk to the airport. It's a very clean, well run hotel that is modestly priced. I wanted somewhere very close to the airport and wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend it to others.

IIgnacioThe accomodation is really convenient to explore Port Elisabeth, as it is close to the city center and yet the area feels safer (which is something to be considered in South Africa). The room is spacious and spotless, and even has a kitchen.
