The sunrise at the hotel is beautiful. But the hotel service is very poor.
This time, we were arranged to have a room sandwiched between several rooms for "travelers with special diseases such as screaming and knocking on the wall." This directly reduced the travel experience. The hotel clearly discriminated against Chinese people. I booked four rooms, but they did not put us together. Instead, they inserted special guests and used our room to isolate other travelers. It was totally unbearable. Moreover, the hotel did not tell us until the next morning after I complained. However, South Africa has been in poor security recently, and robberies have occurred from time to time. I dare not argue with the other party and the hotel. . . The platform cannot actively help us. Traveling is too difficult. . .

A bit disappointed, it doesn't feel like the standard of Courtyard by Marriott, at most it's a three-star room in China. They didn't even offer an extra bottle of water.

We booked for a night last minute as our plane connection was delayed. Needed a wheelchair-accessible room, usually difficult to find. This one ticked all the boxes! Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable room. Parked right outside, easy access with ramps. The bathroom was excellent for a wheelchair-bound person, lots of room, suitable heights and useful grab bars. We had a great seafront view, lovely to wake up to! The tiny but well-equipped "kitchen in a cupboard" was a surprise! Great for a bit longer stay. Access to the breakfast room was via a gentle ramp down the side of the hotel, this took us to the verandah. A small ramp for the one step into the dining room would help. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our stay was an unexpected addition to our trip but we would definitely consider staying there again. It's a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Particularly recommended for wheelchair users, it's an easy place to stay.
